it was amazing

This was a real eye opener for me as someone who struggles with 'shallow' breathing and stress chronically. Learning the multiple benefits of simply breathing through your nose, and how it affects the nervous and endocrine systems, alters heart rate, and even helps memories get stored. It finally made it clear to me why every yoga class teacher has urged me to breathe through my nose. This book has happily sent me down the rabbit hole of YouTube breath work videos for daily exercises to finally start breathing 'right' again.
