The Grey Bastards was not what i expected it to be, and kept coming for my presumptions with a knife. this book was thoroughly surprising in its filth, its action, its beautiful personifications and in its characterization. please give The Grey Bastards a try. ill be looking forward to reading The True Bastards (and the rest of Jonathan French's books) soon!
