I received a free electronic copy of this excellent cookbook from EReaderCafe, and Hannie P. Scott (Abedikichi). There are several recipes in this book I am anxious to try - Hannie has me wanting to explore in the kitchen, again. It is so easy to get into a rut with five or six recipes that are fast and 'easy'.
