OK so again doing this in audio this time, read the first time.

Devil's Gate- 4.5 stars
This is really good. The shy medusa gets a companion of Duncan while going to retrieve her wayward niece from the devil's gate. Little do they know the trouble that is brewing there. Luckily a tough and savvy lawyer is good to have on hand. They have really good chemistry. Didn't like that Seremela is pretty much used and discounted by her sister and think that she should deal with her niece on a different level now without the sister in between.

Hunter's Season 5 stars
I liked this the best of all the Tarot novellas. It seemed like a complete story. Xanthe, who was the fae that took the deck in the last novella, has always been in awe and a little in love with the noble Chancellor Aubrey. She is a commoner even though a palace spy and now guard so keeps to her place in the structure of the court. When Aubrey comes to stay with her for his protection, the structure of the palace and nobles is gone but Xanthe still acts her place. It is up to Aubrey to figure out if there is something there.
