I love the Last Marine and was totally excited to see this book come out. I thought I was following her on amazon, but I wasn't, and almost missed getting to read this book.
Her world building is pretty snazzy,not overly complicated, and entertaining.
I didn't get her cold wraps that much, but I suspended logic with those and just enjoyed the show.
Good book and I highly recommend The Last Marine, but you can read this without having read it.
