So, i just finished reading this amazing book, which is the second book in the Kalki trilogy. And, the only thing i can say about this story is amazing.....
When i read the first book, i was sure i am going to read the second book... and i must say this book surpassed the 1st book to amaze me, to entertain me and to excite me for the third part...
Talking about the story, this story starts from the point when Kalki escapes his execution at the hands of Kali and starts his journey to mahendragiri, what follows is different wars that he needs to fight... on the other hand politics among the different tribes is escalating and so is the greed for power....
There is going to be a war between Dharm and Adharm.... but who really is adharm? And is there a single hero of this story and a single villain? We await the answers...
The world building and the character building is so amazing that none of the characters seems left out...
Be it the war sequences, political strategies or just the description of the surrounding, everything is so amazingly described that you keep reading the story without even a slightest sense of boredom..
Another thing that i liked in this Story is how the rights for the LGBT community has been advocated and also they are shown in a completly different light... to know more you have to read this book...
The "Eye Of Brahma" is a very integral part of the story and enhances the joy of reading manyfolds...
There is politics, love, betrayal, war everything in this to keep you glued to this story...
Shuko and devdutt the two animal friends of kalki give the much needed humour in the book..
All in all this was an amazing reading experience and i will highly recommend this book to all the lovers of fantasy genre...
A note to author: Can you please stop killing people in love???? This is one point which i hate you for...
Enjoyed it. Excited for the third part....

Finished Reading
I am so mad at the author that I want to stop reading the book! Poor characters add humour to the story, instead killing them adds nothing but grief to the readers. Finished half of it and about to go through the second part....
