Aru Shah and the End of Time (Pandava, #1)

Hindu Lore is one of the religions of the world I would love to learn more about as the gods and monsters from it are some of the craziest in looks and lore. And this book does a good job of showcasing not only the creatures, gods, and locations but also the philosophy behind those legends and myths. And I can see partly where future installments might go with the story and while the Sleeper isn't exactly a threatening name nor does he look very dangerous but the story behind him and the personality is certainly devious and it makes me glad that they are going with more of a schemer type villain instead of the usual super powerful type villain.
Also I wonder how much influence and input did Rick have with this book as it does use a lot of cliches from his series and I can defiantly tell he had some involvement with this and I also kind of wish the gods played a bigger role as I would love to see Ganesha in this story somehow.
