it was amazing

Chance is another of the first four siblings to face their 300th moon. For those new to the series, these shifter kids were born to parents who couldn't or didn't know how to handle and teach them about their animal and control. Kate Harkness took them, mothered and loved them, with the aid of a friend's magic that would last 300 moons.. But now Chance is facing that final moon. What will happen? How will it change him? Will he be able to control his bear? Loose his bear? Or could it mean he'd find and keep his mate? So many questions and no one had the answers.

Chance is an MMA fighter, up and coming, on track for a championship match in his future. He has a girlfriend, future mate—maybe. He just has to get through this next moon. That woman has a friend, Thea. She's a famous full figure model and knows more about his girlfriend than she wants to share. There is also something about her she shares with no one. Her smile calls to him, but he has to ignore it until they are thrown together to do something that goes against their nature, but they aren't doing it for themselves.

Ms. Black has created a world in today's world with some extras. She has characters that are human yet more, shifters but more human than animal, and enemies that are evil of this world and some that are not. She has created a series of series like a big hotel. Each floor is a number of individual rooms connected by a hall, all connected to the lobby to enter and exit. As you read each story you are reunited with someone from another series and the library in your head says, “I know you. You were in _____. What are you doing here?” Somethings I know when I read a Tasha Black book, I'm gonna smile at the end, I'm going to fall for the characters, and I'm going to go look for the next book.
