I have to tell you guys something … I saw this cover and thought “yeah, I’m gonna read about him” and signed up to promote without reading anything else! Turns out, this cover really tells you what you’re in for with our MMC! It just did not disappoint for me! #winning
Dylan & Raven are the couple you never knew you needed to read about. The storyline of the book is one you didn’t even know you needed in your life. Okay, maybe just me, LOL but I mean who would have thought a revenge plot with this twist was a micro-trope I’m gonna be searching for from this point forward? Not me! But these ladies have completely sold me on it!
This was a super sexy entertaining story from the very beginning. It didn’t drag in any way and actually kept me excited about the story from beginning to end. I’ve read a whole bunch of books by Willow in years past, but not Lauren and I will be remedying that very soon! I hope these two decide to write more in this world because I am here for all of it!...more

I’m not the greatest at reading blurbs and teasers from #goto authors but at the same time, I knew it would be a short/novella type story, so I figured at best it would be an extended moment in time kind of thing, maybe. What I got was exponentially more!!
THESE.TWO.KIDS. *infinite hearts, I say*
Okay, so if you’re an Autumn fan and keep up with her LOKI series then you might have already spied these two as grown-ups. This is their story getting there …. And what an epically beautiful story it was! *infinite hearts, I say*
“Juliet, the day I met you, I knew I was gonna marry you.” … I mean … *infinite hearts, I say*!!!
Roman and Juliet are kismet. I felt it before it was even on the page. Autumn did that with her word wizardry. She always does! This woman is exceptionally good at this craft. I have sung her praises for years and she is well deserving of them. She didn’t write a fluff piece, but she didn’t bog us down with its darkness either. She walked the very thin line between dark and light with this journey but made damn sure you felt all Roman and Juliet’s history! And there is some serious history with these two. Broken souls you might even say, but when they met you could feel the force of their hearts as one glue those broken pieces together. It was a thing a beauty reading this book. I cannot emphasize that enough.
I’m not giving you a play by play of any of it because it just wouldn’t be fair. I even hope most of you don’t read too many reviews before you jump in. Just one-click and enjoy the ride! This story made my #2018TopReads list and truth be told, it's in the top three! (do with that information what you will LOL)

I didn’t say much of anything in my review of The Professor because there’s never anything to actually say about the beginning of a story plot wise. I’m still not going to tell you anything about this plot because, reasons, but I want you to know that this story and all its parts have a pulse. That’s the highest of praise from this reader because if I feel the happening of a story down to my soul, you’ve won me over completely! Skye has proven she is a master at this which is why I always ”let go of the wheel” when it comes to her books and just go with whatever her brain concocts LOL She is a trip and a half people and sometimes I worry about her, but mostly I absolutely love her brain!
Sidenote: I cannot tell you how much I enjoy the fact that we’re in Tanglewood because, tangle doesn’t even begin to describe what is happening all up in this University! (okay, I’m a 10-year-old who is snickering at the word play lol) But I digress …
So I’m gonna tell you a few things now. Everything about this story gets edgier and more tangled than it already was. Everything. The relationship (if one can call it that at this point) between Anne and William gets (I don’t have an exact word because one minute they’re good and the next maybe not), but at the same time, I’m not even sure how any of it is actually happening. The attraction of it all alludes me right now and I think that’s on purpose. There is a lot of push/pull happening thru the entire story and I’m just clueless and how Skye plans to bring this all together in the third book, The Final Exam, which apparently doesn’t release for almost a YEAR. Girl, you are killing me! The whole ”Society” plot-point is chaos to me right now, so I hesitate in talking about any of it in this review. The shenanigans have shenanigans is about all I’m gonna say on the subject. *eyes wide*
I’m really happy with what Skye has accomplished in these two books but I can’t lie and say I’m not majorly disappointed there’s almost a year gap between now and the final book. It didn’t exactly endear me to the story because I’m gonna have to probably reread the entire ”whiskey tango foxtrotery” all over again to have proper perspective next year, but I was still glued. This installment carries a lot of growth with it and that’s what hooked me to none-stop reading. *sigh* It’s just too long to wait for a final act in my opinion. *shrug*...more

Sweet mother of Peter, Paul and Mary, why is she like this? Lol However, overall, the story is very much a round to 4 star read for me. The reason that I am middle of the road is because she wrote a remarkable story for the first 50%(ish) but seemed to fall off the wagon for the rest. I just have no other way of conveying what happened in my reading experience. One minute I was reading a ridiculously well-developed story, and I am not saying it all went to (you know where), but it changed somehow, and it just got very hectic extremely fast!
In keeping with the do not read the blurb theme, I also will not be giving away exact plot-points or circumstances that happen in the story. Reading this story going in blind is the way to go just like it was the way to go with its predecessor, I Wish I Would Have Told You. If you have not yet read that story, you really should.
The greatest part of this story and the reason it is a round to 4 star read for me, is the fact that Whitney develops the story in a way that not only are the MCs living the story as the pages turn but so is the reader. This is not one of those stories where you as the reader know things about plot-points or circumstances and are just waiting for the MCs to catch up, no, you are living the unfolding of the story just as they are. That is a concept that is pretty new in my reading experience, and I am fairly sure that’s why Whitney prefaces the blurb with the warning not to read it. Blind is the way to go with this one and any other she states to go into blind.
So, even though the unfolding of the story went a little sideways in the last half of the story, it was still a remarkable story. I know that sounds ridiculous, but you are just going to have to trust me on this. Also, this style of storytelling is unique, as I mentioned before, so if you are looking for a traditional style that is followed by most writers and even Whitney in the past, this is going to take a little getting used to for you. But try it and go in with an open mind. It will be worth it. #TRUST...more

WHY?! GIRL, YOU.ARE.KILLING.ME!
Now that that is out of the way …
This is one of those stories that you have to completly shut your mind of any possible realism and just go with it. If you do that, you will enjoy the heck out of it. The shenanigans are going to be a hard one for you not to roll your eyes and think ”are these two people only 10 years old?”, but try really hard LOL because in the end, this story is a *silly good time* you only have to spend a few hours on, AND, you might even laugh a time or two! I did for sure! *shrug*
I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that the rinse repeat in this story was strong, but again, if you just shut your mind off … *shrug*...more

As soon as I could, I jumped on it, but with caution. I’ve said this a bunch of times, but in my experience, Whitney doesn’t do well with her shortish stories and when I read the page count, I got a little worried. Well, she didn’t do half bad this time LOL
I can’t say that every single plot-point she threw at us in this story was as fleshed out as I’d hoped it would be, but despite a few of those, this story was quite captivating and exciting. I never thought I’d say that about a story with teenagers, but here we are. Yes, there are some circumstances here and there that really had no point because they had zero impact on the storyline, but they weren’t pointless because they meant something to the leads. That’s all I’m saying on this because I really don’t want to give the story away.
Some of you are going to see my rating and immediately think this was a mediocre read for me, but that isn’t the case. I really liked this story and I think that Whitney did a pretty good job of executing it, however, she rushed the ending faster than a moth to a flame and that was a shame because they (all three of them) deserved a bigger ending than what they got. Too much happened to build the story to just abruptly fix everything, basically off the page. UGH, that made me #twitchy LOL
So yeah, I enjoyed this story, but it would have been a heck of a lot more impactful had she just taken a little more time and had the reader experience the ”fixing” of it all. *shrug* ...more

Amirite?!
This story did not disappoint in the humor, swoon, and sexy department! It was all three all the time and it was just a giant glorious escape of heart and feels! I loved the choice that Lauren made in adulting for this story. From the start, Nate and Hunter were upfront and honest about themselves and where they saw themselves in the future. Obviously, the story is going to have some conflict to it but it was adult conflict. I don’t really know how to explain this further without giving story details away except to say nothing is dramatics for dramatics sake and every circumstances happening in the story was relatable and realistic.
I’ve said this many times in the past but I’m doing it again anyway lol Lauren Blakely has grown as an MM writer in leaps and bounds since she began this journey, and I could not be more ecstatic and proud as a reader for her! If you haven’t experienced her incredible talent yet, what exactly are you waiting for?!...more

You can’t be an offspring of Bryant Morelli and not be …. um … #IYKYK (if this is your first experience with this family, you might not know the complete #fuckery that is Bryant Morelli, so you just have to trust me), so Sophia’s personality and circumstances are of no surprise to me. She’s known to be the wild one, the nonconformist, the black sheep, etc etc but really, she’s just a woman full of dark shadows hiding behind a façade.
Damon Pierce, with his own dark and shadowy circumstances could not have been more perfect for a woman like Sophia if I’d have fictionally created him myself! I have less than very little experience with Sienna Snow’s writing, but after experienced this first look into what I know is going to be an incredibly explosive journey between Sophia Morelli and Damon Pierce, I am all kinds of ready to find out more about her writing skills!
I’m excited to see where she takes this journey. So far it has been exciting and captivating, sexy and delicious and has built from the first page without really letting the reader know what it was building towards. Well done so far! I can’t wait until August for more!
Sophia Morelli is coming after Tinsley Constantine for that special place in my heart and soul and I AM HERE FOR IT! #IYKYK ;) ...more
