5 stars because I enjoyed the hell out of this. I don’t think this could have come out at a better time. I found myself dancing around work with my AirPods in because listening to this made me that damn happy. Thank you Stephanie Meyer for dropping this when I needed it most. ...more

Lana is great. She's smart, brutal and weirdly lovable. I'm rooting for her, and I want her to not only succeed but to get away with it all too. I adore her and hope that it doesn't say terrible things about me.
Logan is also great. He is so genuine and just stupid enough to make it fun. I like that he is good at his job and a genuinely good person. I like how he and Lana are together. As crazy as it sounds their relationship feels so real, like it could be real life.
Needless to say, I loved it, finished it in an hour, and will be moving onto book two in less than a minute.

As weird and slightly disturbed as it makes me feel to say this, Rage is pretty damn relatable. While don't have homicidal urges, or an affinity for the color pink, the inability to understand what emotions i feel, and the desire to figure out who the hell i am rings true. I imagine it does for many. This book was witty, sharp and lustfully sweet. Rage's blase' attitude was freaking hilarious, and her relationship with her parents was pretty dang cute. And that damn Nolan. So entertaining, and so weirdly sweet, despite his one track mind. Ok, ok, two track mind. Can't forget about hockey. I find myself wanting more from her and Nolan, and their adventures in school. Those two were made for each other, and i most certainly want to read all about it. ...more
