After the first chapter of this book I thought this was going to be a huge hit but I’ll be honest, it took me a while to get into this one after that initial chapter. It only started to pick back up later in the book when the characters actually get “snowed in”. I did love the last quarter of this book and was in love with the characters by the end. The narration of the audiobook was good but I think I might have enjoyed it more on print.

Wow! I really enjoyed this book. Chapter one completely gutted me (that wound is still fresh for me). Thankfully infertility wasn’t at the forefront of the story and I was able to really loose myself in this book. I loved the writing, narration of the audiobook and the characters. All 3 main characters were amazing and I had a hard time choosing who to root for. Absolutely recommend checking this book out.

I loved the spice and the heavier topics in this book. There are some trigger warnings so make sure to check those. I did love the dual POV and the ending was cute. Overall, it was enjoyable.

The writing was excellent and I enjoyed the narration of the audiobook overall but I wasn’t a fan of the male narration, it was hard to understand. I absolutely loved the characters and how well they were developed. I especially loved Eliza, Charlotte and Simon. I was very invested in the story right from the start. There were lots of twists and turns that I wasn’t expecting, which is always a plus. Highly recommend checking this one out!
