This was a gripping murder mystery with loads of secrets, scandal & family drama. Hilderbrand creates the perfect amount of imagery that makes it easy for the reader to paint the perfect picture in their mind. I always love her descriptions of the scenery, food, & how we get glimpses from multiple character’s perspectives. I was hooked from start to finish. Although some aspects of this book were predictable, there was enough suspense & unreliable characters that keep you questioning & guessing until the very end.
Definitely recommend reading this one if you haven’t already!! I borrowed from my library but am considering buying my own copy because I loved it that much!!...more
