Connie who is 66 years old has decided she’s been taking advantage of for far too long and she “needs” to get away from it all and take an adventure. Does she ever!! I was laughing out loud at several spots in this book. The characters she meets along the way are very interesting and it makes for great entertainment. Being that I’ve never been to London or Scotland, it made me feel like I was there! And I totally did not see that ending coming! Wowsers!!! I really enjoyed Connie’s travels and hope they’ll be another book with more adventures!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for this complimentary copy of this book from the publisher through NetGalley. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

It grabbed me from the very first page and I didn't want to put it down. Collette's sister was killed by a drunk driver and Amanda is determined to get revenge in the worst way, but the driver was killed herself. Or was she? She obsesses and does everything in her power to make the person "pay" for killing her sister. The twist at the end came out of nowhere and it was a good one! I did read the first one and I’m one of those who cannot remember many books once I’ve read them. So with that being said, I loved this latest by Frieda and had a hard time putting it down. Per Freida’s own words “This is a remake of Suicide Med. I changed 25% of the book and cut the length of the book by 20% and eliminated a strange plot point.” So I loved it!
