Arianna is a Forsaken werewolf. Shunned from her pack, and left to die, she has so far beaten all the odds of her survival. And then she meets Mac, an alpha leader unlike any other she has ever known... and someone she can never have...

A Shot of Moonlight was a sexy, sweet, and utterly addicting, paranormal romance read! Mac and Ari may crave each other, but as a Forsaken, Ari is destined to never truly belong to a pack, ever again...
This novella was everything I have loved and missed about the amazing Toil & Trouble series! Meeting Mac and Ari, and getting a story from the werewolves was such a fantastic treat, and their complicated journey had me equal parts smiling one moment and then completely emotional the next.
The plot of this novella was not only engaging and well-written, but it provided a completely unrushed and full story (which is not always the case for novellas!) I absolutely loved Mac and Ari's relationship, and the shared attraction that Mac tried his hardest to avoid... and failed at miserably...

Stacia Harris well... Kowalewski, wants nothing more than to put her marriage to Lucjan behind her... until he lands in a bit of trouble, and Stacia is the first person to run to his rescue...

Quicksilver in the Hand was a sexy and heartbreaking, second chance romance with a plot that will keep your palms sweating and the pages turning. Stacia and Lucjan's once devoted marriage ended a long time ago, but Lucjan will let Staci divorce him... over his dead body.
I couldn't get enough of Stacia and Lucjan's complicated, yet genuine love story. Stacia knew that the man she married was dangerous and involved deep in the dark and unforgiving, Bratva underworld, and she loved him all the same. But from what was once love, Stacia has moved on... or so she wants her (not so) ex-husband to admit, and to finally let her go...
This book showcased scorching sexual tension and a broken marriage that is hotter than some of the most enduring relationships out there. I adored everything about the gorgeously treacherous, Lucjan, and his total devotion to the woman he vowed to love until the end of time. Stacia was a fantastic and brilliant, independent woman who can hide her every emotion from the world, but can't seem keep Lucjan from guessing her innermost wants and desires... no matter how much she struggles to ignore them...
I was utterly addicted to the plot of this book! With the engaging action and suspense fueling it, the characters and the second chance love story were all superbly and intricately intwined.

But every one in awhile when a need arises for a little uncomplicated companionship, he ventures down for a visit. With each trip, his views of civilization get more and more lackluster... and then he meets Izzy.
Izzy Kozlov is on the run. And her most recent stop has her living in a seedy motel and paying her bills by stripping. Izzy is under no illusions that life is going to get any easier from here, and she isn't looking for anyone to save her, either.
But when a typical night at the club is shattered by a violence that Izzy knows all too well, Rett is the man to step in and rescue the woman who has the power to change his entire existence...

Rescue Me was an incredibly sexy, suspenseful and all consuming read. Izzy and Rett's instant connection may be doomed from the start with the explosive secrets Izzy has been keeping to herself. And, while she is unwilling to drag a good man like Rett into her messy life, he may be the only only who can help her escape her troubles for good...
Rett was the best!! A total swoon-worthy and incredibly tough, ex-military man who has a soft spot for all things Izzy. With his warm heart and complete honesty with his feelings, he is just the kind of man a woman like Izzy needs in her life. While he has his own demons that he faces from his military career, when he needs to protect the woman he loves, he will stop at nothing to ensure her safety.
Izzy was such a strong woman and a survivor. She has been living on the run and when she soon realizes that danger may be closing in, her first inclination is to keep running... if it wasn't for Rett. Being up at his place and realizing how happy and peaceful her life could be, she must decide if she wants to keep running or if she can trust him to save her once again.
I loved this book so much!! From Izzy and Rett's scorching hot attraction, to the well thought out storyline, and the interesting and developed characters, this was a novella done right! This book starts off the new Between Heaven and Hell series, and I absolutely can not wait to see more from this world!!

As a reader of the Toil & Trouble series, I have had a serious soft spot for Georg since the very beginning, and A Curious Twist of Lime FINALLY delivers with a formidable heroine for the growly, territorial and sweet-as-it-gets former bruin king.
Alice was locked up in a faraway world as a very young girl by a man who she only knows as master. With books as her only real companions, she has a very sheltered, yet precarious existence. And then Georg appears and she finally has a means to escape her dreary life. Brough to his world of bruins, castles and court life, she finds that fitting in is an impossible task, and yet Georg remains by her side as her self appointed protector.
Georg was once a minor bruin king of the new world, but after a complicated situation, he is now left without a purpose or real home of his own. Called to the court of the highest king, ruler of all of the bruins, he is asked to take his rightful spot as heir to the throne. Already unsure of his desire to rule again, his incredible attraction to Alice has him finally feeling like he has found a small sliver of what he has been missing for so long. But, Alice is a human, and his people despise everything about her kind.

A Curious Twist of Lime is a book that completely tangled me up, made me weep and then warmed my heart all at the same time. Suspenseful, intriguing and utterly unforgettable, the impossible love story of Alice and Georg was paranormal romance perfection.
Alice starts out as a naive young woman who has no useful knowledge of the outside world. Entering the bruin court, she is immediately judged as inconsequential and beneath them. Taking it upon herself to grow and learn, Alice slowly finds herself as more than a captive. She is definitely not what she seems, and with a little time, Alice proves just what a formidable woman she really is.
Georg is someone we have all loved and felt for, and then missed incredibly when he lost a treacherous battle at the beginning of the series. Having him back was already a fantastic surprise, but getting to know him even more in this book was the best thing ever. He is fierce and protective, and with the softest underbelly for those he loves. Alice is such a unique match for what we thought we already knew about the bruin, but their love story brings with it everything that Georg never knew he needed.

Jake Harris is a man who is living a fast and dangerous life. Reduced to being at the mercy of a stranger, he couldn't have picked a better apartment to break into... until his presence alone brings his enemies to Charlie's door...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This book starts with an adrenaline inducing beginning that showcases two brilliantly written characters whose deep individual losses in their childhoods irrevocably shaped them into the people they are today...
Jake is a delicious Aussie art thief, who most of the time uses his skills for completely legal purposes. But, in the hunt to bring justice to the man responsible for the murder of his mother, Jake and his twin sister ignore every rule that keeps them from their goal. Befriending the woman who rescues him is not a part of his plan, but the incomparable Charlie has a way of making him forget the heartbreak of his past...
Charlie has some deep trust issues. Preferring to live a solitary life, she has little interest in her appearance and doing things to please others. When Jake comes crashing into her apartment and her life, he exposes her to not only two unlikely friendships, but he also brings her secret talent for painting out into the world, and in turn urges her to do something about it.
In the whirlwind of a budding career, a lifestyle change and a tenuous friendship, Charlie's fear of people always leaving her may take a back seat to a very real threat she is being kept in the dark about. When the fight that Jake has with his enemies coming to a head, the woman he never saw coming may be the only person who can change him and his never ending need for revenge...
I loved this book! It was everything I could have asked for in a story and it is a definite MUST READ. Set in the fascinating world of fine art, this was a satisfying slow burn romance, coupled with a beautiful (and believable) transformation in a very damaged heroine.
Sexy, thrilling and an epic twist that you will. not. see. coming....
Jon wakes up in the hospital with no memory of his past or who he is. Having to rebuild his life from scratch, he tries to piece together his identity, but the man he once was may have had a destructive and unstable life that Jon has no desire to return to...
Laying in bed at night, he reaches for something, someone he feels is missing... if only he could remember who...
I absolutely loved this book, it is a story of an epic love which has to be fought for to find it's way. The writing is fantastic, with some flashbacks where we can see Jon and his mystery woman as their past selves, and just how much they need to overcome to be right for each other again.
Jon is such a complex character, we get most of his point of view for this book, and we can really see his challenges he faces in dealing with his amnesia. Delaney is such a strong and selfless person, who wants only happiness for Jon, even with it tears her own heart out. And Sloany... she is a much needed light in the darkness that surrounds Jon's constant internal struggle.
This book is something unique and beautiful from Stylo Fantôme, whose talent truly knows no limit. After reading the last page, this is a story will unequivocally stay with you...
Carly Gosse is always overlooked and babied by her powerful older sisters… and their significant others. With a mission from her Mother, Carly is ready to prove herself… until things start to go wrong…
Styx refuses to taint Carly in any way, he loves her and wants to protect her. But that is where it needs to end. But Carly is ready to take what she wants… and Styx who is more powerful than she has ever fathomed is just going to have to stand by and watch…
I absolutely loved this series, and this book lives up to the intense conclusion we have been waiting for. Carly is strong, and for the most part happy flying under the radar. But she is also sick of being handled gently… most especially by Styx, whom she feels will never treat her as a woman who knows what she wants. Styx, oh my goodness, who knew how sweet this monster would be… and just when we think he is more harmless than people have warned… watch him when Carly is in danger…
I could go on and on about Heather Blair’s writing. She is a master at weaving this paranormal world, and as someone who doesn’t read a lot of paranormal I was completely hooked with the first in the series, Sixpence & Whiskey. This series is fresh, unique and a must read for anyone who loves a good romance.
One final note: I had the fantastic opportunity to beta read for this book, and I am so excited for everyone to finally be able to experience Carly and Styx’s story!
