Pre-med student and captain of Thatcher College’s hockey team, Luke Prescott is trying to concentrate on his up-and-coming career. Known as the “Ice Man” on campus, that’s just how he likes/wants it. With the NHL draft and graduation on the horizon, distractions are the last thing Luke needs. Meanwhile, Jax Silva, a junior, is looking to get the internship of her dreams. When Luke is assigned a social media project with Jax, her distraction could be, the difference in his success. If only the hockey grump would lighten up and just cooperate with her. She is determined to do the best job possible on this project and give him the best social media presence possible; from shooting a sexy team calendar, to kissing cams, to Instagram posts. And despite the campus rumours, their teaming up is purely due to their assignment, and nothing more. Right?
Lol, the antics in this book were so fun to read about. This gave me all the feels I needed and I loved it! Luke is the cold to Jax’s warm, the grumpy to her sunshine, and I was here for every moment.
Narrated by Laura Horowitz and Aaron Shedlock, they were excellent and complimented each other very well. Their voices were able to bring the characters and their story to life, providing all the emotions needed. Shedlock was perfect and able to portray the icy, turned-warm, characteristics of the “Ice-Man” himself, Luke. Horowitz brought the fun, sunshine personality of Jax. I truly loved them in this!

Samantha Vine is the CEO of her tech startup. People always like her and her employees think she's the best boss. Well, everybody except Him… AJ Trachtenberg is the tall, dark, annoyingly handsome, and smouldering science teacher whom she accidentally insulted. So, she decides to pull out all the stops to try to make it up to him.
Fireball was a super cute grumpy MMC meets sunshine FMC book. It had so many humorous moments, and the spice was deffo there. I also loved Samantha’s friendship group; great women friendship, and they support each other? I LIVE for it! ...more

This is a collection of all the short stories within the Four Lawyers and a Hotwife series. It features our heroine, Miranda. Miranda works for four lawyers but never considered herself more than just an employee. She and her husband have a great marriage but have recently decided to change the boundaries of their relationship and he encourages her to get with other men. She finds herself attracted to her bosses, and when one of them overhears her talking about this on the phone, they all decide to go forward with this arrangement.
Each of the first 4 short stories focuses on encounters with each boss. In the finally short story, there is a finale of sorts in which Miranda gets with all of her bosses. This was really spicy, easy to read and get through. I loved how each boss had a different personality and she had such different encounters with each. The stories focused primarily on her relationships with her bosses, and we don’t really see much of her husband and her marriage except for a brief morning hellos, nor do we get much info on her career. This is supposed to be short, spicy hotwife stories. So, if that’s what you’re looking for, this is great for that. Overall, this collection was entertaining and enjoyable to read. ...more
