I really love the magic system especially Elia's magic (I think her conjuring key magic is so cool!). Beside her magic, Elia is a strong lead and I was cheering for her all throughout the book. Poor baby has gone through a lot and I just admire her willpower. We need to protect Trys at all cost tho this one prince is too precious (he is so smooth too, bless him). Also I need Cuddles, stat. Without getting so much away so it'll be spoilery, here goes : So many things happened in this book. I like the newly introduced characters, Aska and the cosmians and how Ivy and Rayner get to meet more people to join their cause. Everyone went through a mental journey in this book and it was heartbreaking and satisfying at the same time, seeing them working so hard to overcome it. I especially love the subromance storyline of Grimm and Kyatta (you all have to read to see it unfold but its angsty and cute aaaa). The book is a heavy one with so many storylines and things happening, I got a little confused a couple times but all in all, I really REALLY enjoyed the ride!...more

This book!!! It was a perfect blend of The Mummy and Percy Jackson, like Eve & Rick and the whole expedition plus missions from the gods??? I didn't know I need this combo until UIR came along--and Rachel Moore did it again (bless).
I adore Margot and Van and their explosive (very lovely) banters. These two cuties! I love all the missions and the fast-paced writing and everything about this book!...more

Strong, unyielding (read : hot headed) Addie as lead. Mysterious but so intriguing Seth. Then many, many wonderful supporting characters to fill in many, many twists. I love that each and every character has their own personality and none of them felt bland. Also love those twists, how my guess keep wavering from chapter to chapter! I used to be the type to guess the culprit from first few pages, but this one keep me guessing until few last chapters. So good!
Honorable mention to amazing sizzle and chemistry between Addie and Seth, also all the angsts. Their romance subplot was * chef kiss *

TKoF is more heavy on politics than TPoS (which I think is more character introducing and leaning toward power explanation etc), but it's just as good!
