I heard so many great things about this book that I had to read it myself. Just to see what all the fuss is about. I am so glad I did.

Quite a good thriller, where the narrative shifts from present-day to the past to dole out information, but in a quite organic way. I mostly guessed the twist about half-way through, though there was still an extra shocking bit that I didn't see coming.

I had seen Jar of Hearts on many favorites lists for 2018 and seen its distinctive cover on multiple occasions in bookstores. So, when the audiobook became available at my library, I finally fell victim to its appeal and checked it out. Wow, I’m glad I did.
