I hated literally every second of this lmaoooo. If anyone has bleach, my retinas would appreciate it.

Oh boy, was this bad. I'm going to jump right into this mess of a book.
My god, the grammar/spelling mistakes. At one point she called one of the mmc’s Rowan and had me confused as hell until I realized she mistyped Ronan. Then there’s a sentence she wrote that reads “I don’t know why you’re packing me for now.” that I reread fifty times trying to figure out if I was having a stroke or something before realizing I wasn't. Another example is "Touch, you where?" Why is there an unnecessary comma there? There's many more examples, but these three are the ones I remembered off the top of my head. She either didn’t bother with an editing stage, or half-assed it at best.
I'm just confused. I'm confused about damn near everything.
- Why are they so obsessed with Stella? To the point of saying that Stella "completes them". The author never explains that. They go as far as killing any guy she dates/sleeps with because they don't want her to be with anyone else, and won't even sleep with another girl, but we as the readers never learn why. Like, they don't even talk to her. Or see her. What is the cause of this obsession?
- What is with this timeline? The prologue starts out at "Five years ago" where they are giving her time to get older because she is apparently too young to handle them, then it changes to "Four years ago" where Kian is freaking out about having to wait to be with her but Ronan says they only have to wait two more years, but that's not true??? Because two years go by and then he is once again saying they only have to wait two more years, so what's up with that? And then it's back to saying "Four years ago" as if we went back in time again instead of forward which is how it seems. My brain hurts.
- The timeline, part 2: school edition. Stella says she was a freshman when Axel, Kian, and Ronan were seniors. But then says when she was a senior she saw them beating up some guy in the locker room, so why are they still at the school three years after they supposedly graduated? Kian says he first saw her that day in the locker room, but how is that possible when they went to school together years before? How did he not see her then? And even later in the book, Stella says that her and Axel "have known of each other" since elementary school. Yet, the book starts with Stella talking about how she has a "new" stepdad, and she goes to his house for the first time, and it is made out like she hasn't met him, or his son Axel at this point. Well, when she is told Axel is her stepdad's son, this is when we learn they went to school together, but still. She's never been to the house, so idk. None of this makes any sense. NONE OF IT.
- They are part of the mafia?? What?? I mean, I knew they were killers or whatever, but near the end of the book Stella refers to them as her "mafia boyfriends" and I was confused because this isn't something discussed in the book beforehand. Them being in the mafia, I mean. It was implied I guess, with them calling cleanup crews for disposing of the guys they killed, but it's never talked about more than that.
- Stella's utter lack of reaction to everything. She has basically no reaction to being thrust into the middle of their fucked-up obsession with her, or the whole mafia thing - how is she just going along with everything with no questions asked?
- The whiplash is lethal. One second they say Stella is theirs no matter what she wants, telling her she can't leave, literally blackmails her into staying with a video of them together, and then they don't want her, but no actually they do but they want her to want to stay, and she doesn't want to be there, oh wait, yes she does - pick one! Holy shit.
- Speaking of that video, how the hell did they manage to sneak a camcorder in a tree? How did they know where she would run? And if one of them put it there after they caught her, how did she manage to miss them arranging the camcorder to record them? Along with every other question I've had - make it make sense, please.
Moving on from the confusion.
In rapid fire:
- Not a single character was likable. Not even a little bit.
- The dirty talk/sex was cringey as hell most of the time with how repetitive and over the top it was. Not to mention the literal period blood they smeared on her face during one of these scenes. I read a lot of kinky fuckery, but this had me about to dnf (which, hindsight and all, I should’ve done) because wtf.
- The kinks seemed to be thrown in just for the author to be able to say they were in the book. Most of them weren’t portrayed well at all, or they weren’t even included even though there’s a warning about them at the beginning.
- The way the mmc's would screw each other while thinking of the mfc in their place (this is actually said, that two of the mmc's were fucking but imagining they were fucking Stella instead) was so fucking weird to me. As was the relationship between any of the mmc's because they only seemed to want to be with the mfc, and were only with each other to have a body to screw. Weird vibes, people, weird vibes.
- The speed in which this book picked up after Stella was caught peeping on them messing around in Axel's room was crazy. And the way she just let it all happen, and seemed fine that all three guys wanted her at the same time - seriously unbelievable. Hell, everything was unbelievable. But there was absolutely no build up between them. We went from the mmc's saying they had to wait for her (which already didn't make sense) and then straight to all three of them ganging up on her the second she shows up after those five years are up.
I'm sorry, but this book was just purely bad in every way imaginable. I have much more I could say, but I think I'll leave it at this. Just, no.
(Massive TW: One of the mmc's SA's a guy with a broken beer bottle. Yes, in written detail, and it's gruesome. He does this because the guy drugged Stella and was trying to get Stella alone with him. There is a page dedicated to trigger warnings but due to the detail, I wanted to include this in my review. Around page 13/14, in case you happen to read this review first and want to avoid it.)

I've been waiting for this book since the teasers!!! Now reminding you this is like 80% smut and lil plot. Be warned so don't go into this wanting a plot.
Axel and crew have been obessed with Stella for awhile stalking, stealing and well some pervy things they've done. They are waiting for the right time to make Stella there's. Now Stella is home and confused to the grunts coming from a room and behold she comes across her stepbrother and his buddies well leanding hands to one another and Stella being caught red handed. The guys give her a head start if they catch her she's there's.
They never play by the rules. Dirty smutty spicy sex in the woods i swear these scene were so hot!! I had to put down my kindle for a minute (lots of Degradation) and they didnt care of someone was on her period. THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT.
From that moment on we get some blackmail, more tension and group fun. That's all I'm giving because lord the spiceeeee!!!
No ow/om drama (unless you count dates), No cheating, slight secondary character, Drama, sexy times, no virgins (mentions g going on dates)

I didn't need much convincing to read another of her amazing books after The Mask, but I kept seeing this one getting recommended over and over again in every social media and HOLY COW HOW GRATEFUL I AM THAT I GAVE IT A TRY 🥹. I love these dark romances with earth-shattering smut that are based in unconventional but loving and healthy relationships.

Mila Crawford writes beautifully, she brings you right to the character's feelings, the atmosphere and the sexual tension, in a way that you could believe you're in the book experiencing the same as the character. That takes lots of skill, hard work and passion, and for that I applaud Mila.
What can I say more? This book is just excellent, and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Mila Crawford is an incredible author and I see a brilliant future as a writer for her. She has become one of my fav writers.

3 - 3.5 smut-scale stars!
This was so dirty. What I can always expect from a dark Mila story:
- At least one dick decapitation
- Blood
- Fluids - so many fluids
- Degradation at its dirtiest
This was a MFMM story with some MM. Ronan, Axel and Kian have some serious screws loose and spend years waiting for Stella. When they finally have her, they show her just what she means to them. Mind the triggers because, as usual, there are MANY.

Shout out to Mila Crawford for writing the FILTHIEST book I have ever read! I can’t decide if I’m traumatized or horny after reading it, but my jaw was definitely on the floor for 75% of this book.
I wish we’d gotten a bit more relationship building with the group as a whole, but honestly this was pure smut through and through, and it definitely delivered on that.
Spice: 6/5 🌶 (because 5 chili peppers just doesn’t seem like enough)

I really need to stop reading random books BT recommends....I assume the reason why booktok recommends this book so much is because the book goes by The Ring rules where if you don't convince some unknowing victim to read this you'll die. I honestly wish I never learned how to read.

I love a smutty, kïnky read but this one fell a little flat for me. I wasn't expecting too much of a storyline given the length of the book and the promos I'd seen, but the storyline that was there was a little disjointed and confusing. I'm pretty forgiving with minor errors and discrepancies in a book, but unfortunately this book had enough of them that it was actually distracting. (Ex. They met in highschool but later on its mentioned they met in elementary school. In a scene set 4 years in the past, the H's emphasize they only have to wait 2 more years. And then 2 years later, once again says they only have to wait 2 years.)The overall timeline of the book was a little confusing and made it very difficult to understand when and why certain things were happening.
There were parts I really enjoyed. The H's were OTT j/p and completely öbşessed with the h, did dirty things while stälking her and more than delivered on the touch her and dïe vibes, but the contradictory information and conflicting back and forth moments between the characters did end up taking away from those things at times.
This may not have been the book for me but if you're in the mood for a kïnky read that may push some of your boundaries I suggest giving it a try. It's definitely a smut filled read but readers should heed the trigger warnings because the author definitely delivers on them.

This may not have been the book for me but if you're in the mood for a kïnky read that may push some of your boundaries I suggest giving it a try. It's definitely a smut filled read but readers should heed the trigger warnings because the author definitely delivers on them.

This “book” had no storyline. It made no sense. It was still kind of hot though. I just wish it was better developed. Mostly bad still.

This book was hot and had everything kink you could probably think of in it. Was it over the top? Yes. Did I like it still? Yes. Although some novellas can have some plot and smut this was pure smut and no plot whatsoever.
The author mentioned about the heroine was meant to be staying with her mum and step farther and had even unpacked her bags yet it was just never spoken about again which bugged me so I wish that didn’t happen at all as it didn’t really add anything plot wise. I also kept getting confused over then men and who’s who’s so would have liked more definition in characters but besides that I really enjoyed the smut enough to make up for them minor issues for me.
Honestly my favourite part was the epilogue and I wish that was a bigger scene and in the main portion of the book.
I’d definitely recommend this for a smutty rh novella

Each guy brought a different level of crazy to the table. Axel was the super possessive dominant one. Ronan was the one that almost you feel safe then be just as dirty as the rest of them.. and sweet sweet psycho Kian and his affinity for blood and spanking. This was a short read but it bring all the spice to the table. Its full of kinks, plenty of group scenes and just all around some great smut! It this is setting the bar for the rest of the series then I will be adding them all to my TBR.

dnf at 53%… i just didn’t like it lol. i like my men sadistic and cruel but the way the mmcs were written didn’t turn me on. just made me annoyed and a bit disgusted. the smut wasn’t too bad though.
