Cinder-Nanny

Rate this book
What could come between a nanny and an earl in a fairy-tale love story? A reality check—in an endearing and witty romance by Sariah Wilson, the bestselling author of Roommaid.

With her sister’s medical bills mounting, Diana Parker can’t say no to a high-paying opportunity like accompany a wealthy couple to Aspen and nanny their precocious five-year-old son for three months. Necessary qualifications? She must know how to ski and teach math, speak fluent French, excel at social graces, and hold a master’s degree in childhood development. Who’ll be the wiser that Diana’s only skill is packing for Colorado?

So far, so good—having a con woman for a mother has turned out to be a benefit, even if Diana has complicated feelings about telling lies. But she’s doing this for her sister. And the perks—like a ticket to a lavish charity fundraiser, a new gown, and a Prince Charming–adjacent earl named Griffin Windsor—are pretty irresistible. Diana can’t deny the Cinderella vibe.

Wary of gold diggers and scandal, England’s most eligible bachelor is nevertheless falling for Diana, and sweeping the not-quite princess off her feet.

The warmer their relationship becomes, the slipperier the slopes are for Diana. Sooner or later, she’ll have to come clean. When that happens, does an honest-to-goodness happy ending stand a chance?

Cinder-Nanny is a fun and swoony Cinderella retelling with a nanny and an earl. I laughed a lot while reading this one but it also had some emotion.

We all know the saying ‘doing the wrong thing for the right reasons’ and that couldn’t ring more true for Diana. She’s just got hired to be a nanny for a wealthy family and though she’s determined to do a great job to earn the high salary in the short amount of time, she fibbed about the qualifications. Speaking french fluently, a masters in childhood development etc. That’s a no. But she desperately needs the money.

She needs the money for a good reason, but the guilt of the lying is heavy on her. Then we have Griffin Windsor. A man visiting Aspen from the UK and also an earl. He liked Diana a lot, you can tell. She’s hesitant to be more than friends as she’s basically living a lie….

These types of stories can give me a lot of anxiety while reading, but thankfully this wasn’t so bad. I liked the way everything was handled and was smitten with Griffin. I also adored the kids in the book. Overall this was an enjoyable and sweet read!

It's a cute rom-com. A retelling of Cinderella with a twist.

Diana is a really likable character, to see her struggle with morality is worth reading. I enjoyed reading her journey throughout the book. Griffin, aka our prince charming; I didn't find him charming at all, it was insta-love for him. His personality as an earl was quite dull for me.

I had expected more from this book, but was bit of a let down. I rate it two stars only cause of the writing and Diana's character.

The one thing I love about a Sariah Wilson novel is knowing I'll have genuine laugh-out-loud moments. So many books are labeled rom com these days that never make me laugh. I had so many lines I highlighted that made me chuckle and I look forward to rereading the novel and laughing when I need a break from life.
The other thing I like about her novels is the romance. There's something about the sparks that go off between Diana and her not-a-prince hero. I also loved the nanny side, the location, and secondary characters in this book.
Another great read from Ms. Wilson.

⁀➷ 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚𝙙:
first of all, the writing is good! the story is engaging, fast paced and has a good amount of humor in it.
diana is a very loveable character. the struggles she has throughout the book make sense and I felt connected to her right away.

⁀➷ 𝙨𝙤 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣’𝙩 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠?
for me the story was just not my cup of tea. it was sort of a cinderella retelling, but not really. i am not a fan of insta love and even though the don’t start dating right away, the affection griffin has for diana right when they meet is a bit much.
lastly, i prefer a little spicy in my romance. this didn’t impact my rating, there’s nothing wrong with a clean romance.. i just noticed i did miss it in the end.

Oy, that was so adorable!

Usually I don't like those books ... you know...the ones where we know from the beginning that it's all a lie and the truth will come out and there will be the fight and the break up and the make up. I hate those unnecessary drama moments.
BUT - I loved this story! Because all those things were done so beautifully undramatically that I don't have a thing to complain about!

Diana is so adorable - she talks a bit too much about all the criminal stuff her mother taught her and how she's such a bad person bla bla. But we still love her. And Griffin is just too sweet. All proper and British and hot and kind and funny.
And the kids - too adorable for words! Milo the hypochondriac! Hilarious!
I loved the whole cast - well, not the grandma - she's horrible!

This was such an adorable and sweet and funny and sparky romance. I didn't even miss the missing sexy moments. The sparks were enough!

I soo need to see this on TV one day!
The people, the location. This just needs to be on a screen!

CINDER-NANNY was such a beautiful + adorable + funny + sparky fairy-taly love story - I just loved reading it! Run to your nearest amazon for your own Earl Griffin - this one is mine!

(Is it just me or would the title Nannyrella have sounded better? I always think of firey woodsy ashy things when I read the word Cinder!)

So good! I want to go and read it again!

Story Such a fun story. Diana is hired to be a nanny for the summer to a wealthy family that is vacationing at a posh resort in Aspen, Colorado. She desperately needs the money to help pay for her sisters medical bills and may have exaggerated her qualifications to get the job.

Characters & Romance Diana was a likable heroine. She really wants to do the right thing and to be an honest person, but is also desperate to do whatever she can to help her sister. I loved how close she was with her sister and was so loyal. She is kind and smart and I could understand why people are drawn to her. Griffin was great, despite his privileged upbringing and being an Earl, he was very down to earth and mature. He was playful and sweet. I thought they had great chemistry together and loved their banter (Ms. Wilson is great with the witty banter!), and caught myself smiling throughout the book.

Overall, a really fun read with well developed characters, a fun storyline and of course, a swoony romance. So glad I was able to snag an arc, I'm sure I'll be reading it again and again!

This happens to be my second book by Sariah Wilson and it went pretty much identical to the previous one I had read by her, "Roommaid". It's a light and delightful rom-com, with fairly endearing characters, a straightforward plot-line adapted from the Cinderella fairytale, and no major twists or anything that'll make this one your favorite. And who doesn't love fairytales? Answer: Griffin's grandmother.

The character of our male protagonist, the Earl, Griffin Strathmore is lovely. He's exactly the kind of male lead you'd want - charming, kind, patient, funny, and well, British royalty (lol). Diana isn't as easy to like, although she isn't a bad protagonist to root for either. She's just...regular, which I suppose was the author's intention. The side characters of Alice and Sheila were endearing, along with the children, Milo and Sophie. This one has a nice winter-y feel to it as well; since it's set in Aspen during skiing season!

The plot and the book by itself was nothing memorable, and I did take a bit longer than usual to get through it. This would definitely not be at the top on my rom-com suggestion list, but you will probably get your readers' worth of bliss if you do decide to pick it up.

Sariah is the quintessential rom-com author and reliably enjoyable for me to read. Whenever I need some humor and fluff, I need to look no further, with Cinder-Nanny as no exception.
Diana struggles financially but has left her childhood behind, promising her sister and herself that she would never follow her con-artist mother's way of life. But life sucks and her sister's health has to come first. An opportunity to make just what they need for the operation has Diana pursuing one con she has to pull off. She applies to be a nanny without the required education, language, and experience needed. Running into Griffin, a man vastly unattainable.
I laughed frequently, especially the first half. Milo and Sophie are equally adorably hilarious. Diana's romantic feelings were repetitively redundant, but otherwise, I enjoyed the story. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop somewhere. Griffin is far too good to be true and such a lovable cinnamon roll.
Thank you to Montlake and NetGalley for the advanced copy. All thoughts in this review are my own.

So fun! Love a good Wilson book. This gives you all that romantic tension! It was a fun one. When you can retell a old story line and hold my attention you are doing something right as an author. I adored Griffin! What a leading man:} I really liked that they Talked! Diana was an interesting character. She was super street smart but so clueless when it came to other stuff. It made such a great dynamic between the 2.
This is a sweet romance with some steamy kisses. No religion. No sex scenes

Cinder-Nanny was a heartwarming story that was filled with charm, romance and hope! With a unique twist on elements reminiscent of Cinderella, I fell so hard for this book. If you love adult romance that will leave you smiling the whole way through, you definitely need Cinder-Nanny in your life!
“How does someone like me get the fairy tale?” I asked. It felt like I had lifetimes of bad karma to work through.

Diana Parker was in a predicate. Her sister needed a lifesaving procedure, and the answer to their prayers was a job that covered the cost of the surgery! Yet Diana didn't exactly qualify for that job. She didn't know French, or how to ski, or have the background that the parents were looking for. But Diana was determined to fake it all in the name of saving her sister. While she was trying her best being a nanny to a wealthy couple, it led her to meeting Griffin Windsor, an earl. And total prince charming!
I knew what I should do. What the smart thing would be.
No one had ever accused me of being smart, though.

I wasn't sure what to make of Diana at first. Her mom was a con artist and used her as a child running her cons. Now as an adult, Diana tried her best to go through life being honest. Yet with this new job, she was lying through her teeth. And while she felt like Robin Hood, the moment she met her clients she realized her mistake. They were amazingly, kind people. But here was where the 'I absolutely love Diana moment happened'. She felt guilt. She tried better than her best. And every single time her heart was always in the right place. I loved watching her grow. I loved rooting her on! And I kept my fingers crossed that she would get a happily forever too. She was so hard on herself and she more than deserved it!
“I don’t believe in fate.” Karma, yes. But fate? Fate was a fickle wench who had no place in my life.
“One doesn’t have to believe in something for it to be true.”

Griffin Windsor was beyond sigh worthy. I fell hard for him the first moment he appeared on the pages. He was suave, charming, sexy, and enticing without even trying. He was England's most eligible bachelor and the moment he met Diana, they clicked. The way they met and their banter was not only fun but absolutely smile inducing! I truly couldn't ever stop smiling when Griffin was around. And he made me laugh. While there was a strong chemistry between them, Diana knew she needed to keep her head down and focus on being a good nanny to help her sister out.
It felt as if his nose grazed mine, but the sensation was so fleeting that I couldn’t be sure. “Just friends, huh?” he asked.
“Just friends,” I whispered.

Griffin and Diana's time together revolved around Milo, the boy Diana was a nanny to. Who I loved, quirks and all ♥! He was so adorable, and I loved his friend Sophie too! Watching Diana help Milo warmed my heart and I loved seeing her help him grow! So as the kids were painting, skiing and having play dates, it felt so effortless for Griffin and Diana to become friends. And when they even got an alone kidless dinner, eeps I loved it all! I kept hoping they would push that line past friendship! Because anytime they were together, it was all so addictive and played out like I was watching a movie. You know, every single time I pick up a Sariah Wilson novel I think that! Each of her books play out like I'm watching movie, and one that I would love to watch again and again and again!
“Am I alone in this?” he asked. “In what I feel—this connection between us?”
I knew the answer I should give him.
I also knew the answer that I wanted to give him.
Ducking my head, I went under his arm. I walked around to the other side of the door, placing it between us. I couldn’t say what I wanted to say with him being so near.
“You’re not alone,” I whispered to him, then closed it.

While I smiled so much, there was also emotional moments in the pages too. And I bawled my eyes out later in this book. I did not expect it to be that emotional, or who it was with, but this book had so many wonderful and emotional surprises. I loved the references to Cinderella and how this was a very modern day twist on that classic! And HEA lovers will rejoice with this story! There was an epilogue set in the future that was everything we could have hoped and dreamed for! So if you adore smile worthy, sweet, adult romance you definitely need to put this one on your tbr!

This is the 2nd book I’ve listened to by this author. I loved the blurb and the idea behind it. I really wanted to love it or enjoy it as much as The Seat Filler. But personally I didn’t think it was executed very well. I found the main girl character kinda annoying as she’s trying to hide a lie from everyone. Although,it is for a good cause she’s still lying and not being truthful and it’s a serious situation in my opinion. I just couldn’t connect with her or get past how much she was ok with lying even tho she felt bad-she still continued to do so? Anyways the guy main character was ok to me. I wasn’t wowed by any means. The characters I ended up loving most were the secondary ones that were the child and mother in the story. The romance was also insta-lovey and just driven by desire. There were some parts that I think the author was trying to build tension or angst but it just seemed to awkward to me.

Sariah Wilson is the queen on tension. I don't understand how she writes love interest the way she does. She makes me fall in love with them all and I FELL in love with Griffin. I don't know if this is suppose to be a romcom but it sure as hell made me laugh.

Diana is broke, has lied to get this job as a nanny. She's met Griffin who she instantly clicks with and he teaches her how to ski whilst he is in 'hiding' with his niece. Fun and games until they both want to be together but she can't knowing her lies and her past.

Points to take home: I love Milo. I love Sheila. Griffin is a man who knows what he wants and will get it. Griffin is also VERY charming and I am a simp.

Content: kissing only.

I've read a couple of books by Sariah Wilson over the past year or so and I've enjoyed them both. So I was really excited to get my hands on a copy of Cinder-Nanny prior to its release. Just as before, Sariah did not disappoint. In fact, this may very well be my favorite of hers so far!

The story was so sweet and romantic. It had some laugh out loud moments that I really enjoyed. Milo was so cute and I loved his friend Sophie too. And Griffin was such a dreamboat. It was hard not to be jealous of Diana the entire time. The setting was so cozy and easy to visualize the entire time. I just really loved the entire novel!

It seems like Sariah enjoys writing characters who are lying about something, but it definitely aids in building to the conflict. Except this time around, the conflict was not due to Diana's big lie. Having said that, I felt like the conflict came in too late and it wrapped up quickly as a result. It's not a huge issue in the grand scheme of how great the book was overall though.

I already can't wait for whatever Sariah comes up with next, but I do need to read Roommaid one of these days!

Movie casting suggestions:
Griffin: Theo James
Sheila: Rose Byrne
Betty (art teacher): Dove Cameron
Louis (Griffin's secretary): Martin Freeman

Sigh. I know a book is good if I want to go back and read it again as soon as I finish it. This one just felt so good around my heart.

Diana is a good human, a struggling human, but a good one. She is so desperate to help her sister that she gets herself into quite a pickle. Lying is a dangerous game. But do you know what I loved most about this whole storyline? All the equally good humans around Diana that treated her so well and accepted her just as she was. Even when all the truth confessions came out, kindness prevailed. It all just felt so, so good. And don't even get me started on Griffin. Seriously. I might never shut up if I get started. I love him. L.O.V.E. Love him.

There were plenty of fun moments in this book, especially when you throw in a couple of pint sized humans, quirky and cute as can be. The characters all showed growth and depth. The whole story- so good. It kept me engaged and happy from start to finish. I always love this author and her books so this comes as no surprise to me. What a great day of reading!

4.5 STARS | A SPARKLING romance AGAIN by Wilson herself! CINDER-NANNY is my favorite glass slipper retelling fairy tale! With hilarious, and loving characters, it’s no wonder why readers will enjoy this when it comes out JUNE 21st! Diana Parker’s sister medical bills are mounting. She is hired as a nanny for a wealthy couple to nanny their five-year-old son who supposedly has disease (but doesn’t). But in order for Diana to be a nanny, she must know how to ski, teach math, speak French, excel at social graces, and hold a master’s degree in childhood development. The only skill Diana has is packing to Colorado for three months! She is also a liar, but doing it for her sister. But when a Prince Charming like, and earl named Griffin Windsor gets in her way, Diana can’t deny the Cinderella vibe. As the earl falls for Diana, she then learns she must come clean to the family and Griffin before it all scatters. Again, thank you Kaye Publicity and Sariah Wilson for letting me read this BEAUTIFUL and HEARTWARMING romance before it’s release JUNE 21st, 2022!

I wanted to dislike Diana due to her extravagant lies, but it only took her first meeting with Griffin and their clever and adorable banter to sell me on them as a couple and Griffin as my new book bf.

Sariah Wilson yet again delivered a binge worthy, swoony romance full of adorable moments and wonderful characters.

Highly recommended for when you need a sweet romance.

Diana Parker is the daughter of a con-artist, a fact that she likes to keep secret. She and her sister are there for each other, and when she has medical issues, Diana steps up to help pay the bills. She needs to find the money for surgery, so applies for a nanny position in Aspen. It is a summer job, but will pay what she needs. She is hired based on her resume with exaggerated qualifications. She is supposed to know how to ski and teach math, speak fluent French, excel at social graces, and hold a master’s degree in childhood development. Meanwhile, England’s most eligible bachelor, Griffin Windsor, is also in Aspen incognito. Griffin is there looking after his niece and when they meet, the kids develop a friendship, so Griffin and Diana follow suit. Will she be able to pull this ruse off, or will her lack of abilities give her away and force her to return home without the money?

This was my first book by Sariah Wilson and I enjoyed this fun romcom. It is a loose retelling of Cinderella, and I enjoyed the vibe. It is a perfect plot for a Hallmark movie. I really liked Diana's character. Yes, she was being dishonest, but it was for such a noble reason. She was great with her charge, and actually helped him come out of her shell. She is likable and while trying to stay only friends with Griffin, she has a hard time resisting. Griffin is an awesome counterpart to Diana. He is handsome, caring, loyal and a lot of fun to be with. He is attracted to Diana, but knows that his family would never allow them to be together. The secondary characters were also wonderful. I loved that Diana's employers were not snobby rich people, but also caring, loved their son and treated Diana as a person. The romance was a bit insta-love, but the story takes place over a month or so. There was humor, heartbreak, secrets, friendship, family and romance all rolled into a fun story that I enjoyed, although it was a bit predictable. I will look for more Sariah Wilson books. If you like a light, entertaining romance, then I recommend this one to you.

(4.5 stars) - For fairytale lovers who like a little innovative renovation...

If you're expecting a Cinderella retelling, this story is not one of those; it's more of a Cinderella-flavored story. And while I love fairytales, I really enjoyed the author's version.

Despite the elements that might lead one to believe this is going to be a predictable romance, nothing happened the way I was expecting. Every time it led up to a moment where I was anticipating the conflict about to occur, it didn't turn out like I expected. Then when I thought it was going to keep going that direction, it flipped on me.

Excepting the idea of Milo's parents not running a background check on their temporary nanny, the story keeps it within the realm of possibility, even if it's unlikely in probability, so it's easy to go along with. Given that the main thread of the story is focused on undoing Diana's mom-induced level cynicism, it all feels like healing doses of an antidote.

There's a little bit of a running riff, if not gag, on the classic fairytale thru the book, and the ending is in keeping with the happily-ever-after vibe of it all. A very satisfying dose of happy!

*Romance level: passionate kisses, nothing graphic; true love waits message from the hero - refreshing

Diana needs money, quite a bit of it, to pay for her sister's medical bills, so she applies for the position of a nanny for a the Crawfords, wealthy couple in Aspen. It's only for 5 months but the amount they'll pay will be enough to pay for her sister's kidney transplant. The only problem is Diana doesn't have any of the qualifications listed for the position!!

I loved this Cinderella-type story. Even though Diana lies to get the position and had to keep lying to keep up the ruse she's a good person. I loved how close she was with her sister and how she was willing to do almost anything to help her out. Five year old Milo and his friend Sophie are so adorable and I loved Diana's interactions with them. I loved how Diana met Griffin, they had great chemistry, and I liked how down to earth he was despite him being an Earl.

This book hit all the right notes with me and is one of my favorites by Sariah Wilson. I received a complimentary copy from the publisher Montlake via NetGalley. All opinions expressed in this review are my own.

Sometimes you need a really sweet romance that's light and has little to no drama and that's what Cinder-Nanny is. Cinder-Nanny is a sweet and clean romance filled with a sweet romance that rocks both Cinderella and Hallmark vibes. This book was an easy read that had just a smidge of drama. All in all, a cute book to spend your day getting lost in.

This book is utterly adorable. From the Muppet references that had me LOLing to the heroine’s unique backstory. The banter between Griffin and Dianna is everything! I especially loved how, when Diana’s secret gets out, the other characters don’t react in the formulaic manner. Thank you!

A small poodle is lying on a fluffy blanket with a softcover book to her left.

📚 Hello Book Friends! CINDER-NANNY is a cute contemporary love story and retelling of the Cinderella story. The plot was full of the usual ups and downs associated with a budding romance. The characters were well written but lacked depth. It took me a while to finish the book because the story felt déjà-vu and did not have the heated connection I love between the main characters. It was an enjoyable read none-the-less and the ending was good.

Lighthearted, charming, and fun!

Cinder-Nanny is a delightful, character-driven rom-com set in the idyllic mountains of Colorado that introduces you to the determined, complicated Diana and the charismatic, persistent Griffin as they each discover the power of friendship, the pull of attraction, and the inescapable euphoria of falling in love.

The prose is whimsical and witty. The characters are multilayered, kind, and endearing. And the plot is an amusing blend of life, love, introspection, friendship, family, secrets, embarrassing moments, awkward situations, misunderstandings, taking chances, and finding the one.

Overall, Cinder-Nanny is a well written, refreshing, addictive modern-day Cinderella story with irresistible characters that I devoured in one sitting. I absolutely adored this novel and remain, as always, one of Sariah Wilson’s biggest fans.

Thank you to Kaye Publicity for gifting me a copy in exchange for an honest review.

Swoon!!!! I loved this book! Griffin is the very sexy earl that is standing in for Prince Charming - right down to helping Cinderella (Diana) with her shoe. Their story is engaging and sweet, and had me hooked until the very last page. As any good Cinderalla story would, there is the evil stepmother (or grandma), along with lies and angst.

This is a delightful story that made me smile. I loved the characters - especially Diana, with all of her foibles, who still struggles to do the right thing.

If you enjoy the genre, you will love this book. Put this one at the top of your TBR list. The author is on my must read authors' list.

I absolutely loved this book! I knew going in that I would because 1- it's by Sariah Wilson, who has yet to write anything I haven't loved, 2- it is a modern twist on all things fairytale, and 3- the leading man is a freaking British EARL! I mean, could a romance loving reader really ask for more??

I loved Diana, the leading lady and reluctant Cinderella, refusing to be swept up by the dashing Griffin. And let me say, she held out a lot longer than I thought she would, but it made the slow burn of their romance practically scorch the page by the time they finally got together. *SWOON* Diana was tough as nails, but so hilarious, sweet, kind and selfless. A heroine that I rooted for from beginning to end. And Griffin, well...let's just say he's my new book boyfriend.

I loved that while there was definitely conflict and the inevitable relationship hurdles that every romance book has, there wasn't a simple misunderstanding that led to hugely overdramatic reactions from the characters that could have just been solved with a 5 minute conversation. No, Griffin and Diana had actual obstacles to overcome, and because their characters were fleshed out so well, the reader could easily understand and relate to their hardships. None of the silly angst that leads to readers wanting to throw the book across the room. :) And because of that realness, the resolution is so much more satisfying. I love a happy ending, but even more than that, I LOVE an epilogue. That tiny peek into the "happily ever after"- it's like the cherry on top of the ice cream sundae!!

This book was just an all around fun and delightful way to spend a day, and it's a modern day fairytale that I know I'll come back to again and again. Thanks for yet another sweet treat, Sariah!! Keep 'em coming, please and thank you!! :)

This was my first novel by Sariah Wilson and I have to say that I REALLY enjoyed it! It's a fun little book that still feels realistic. To sum it up, I was happy all night after finishing it.

Both of the characters are likable. Diana is really helpful to her sister and also a little desperate, but all of her actions made total sense to me. As a former nanny, I didn't envy her position at the beginning of the book. Meanwhile, Griffin is AMAZING even though he grew up as an Earl. You'd think he'd be even a little stuffy, but nope! He's simply kind, through and through. The characters really worked well together. They felt like friends and lovers by the end - I could sense the chemistry between them coming off the page.

One thing is that I wish the book had more smut - even a little more (it's decidedly PG). But the loveliness of both the characters and the plot got me through and it was still a fabulous read!

If you're looking for a fun and happy romance with a fun little plot (some extra twists are thrown in there so it's unique) and lovely character development then you should definitely give this a read.

Diana is doing the wrong thing for the right reason, and Griffin is willing to sacrifice everything for those he loves. Throw in some sweet kids, a strong and hilarious sister, and a wonderful employer, and you have more than just an awesome romance! This is just a really great book!

If you mention Cinderella, I'm there!!! I've loved this fairytale story since I was a little girl. I used to watch the Disney version over and over and over again! I couldn't get enough. And Sariah Wilson, yep, I'm there too when I see books by her! Combine the two together and I'm hooked!

Y'all, this book!!! It did not disappoint! I was hooked from the beginning. I absolutely adored it. I was all in and totally invested in Diana and *said in a British accent* Griffin. Yep. Totally loved these two. From the beginning. Just all the happy sighs.

I thought maybe I'd be cringing at Diana's lie (no spoiler here cause it's in the synopsis) in possessing all these skills for the nanny job she got. Especially since her mom was a con-artist. But nope! Her character was written so well. I loved reading further and learning more and more about her. I adored her character. I'm pretty sure you will too. I was holding my breath a little in waiting for the shoe to fall about her lies. But, again, I loved how the author wrote it. *Happy sigh*

And Griffin. Ummm, there's a lot I could say about this Prince Charming Earl, Griffin Windsor. Yup. Lots!!! But I'll just say this...swoon! Hahaha! Seriously, you're going to love his character just as much as you'll love Diana's character. These two together are seriously adorable. I know I keep saying adorable but it's true. This book and its adorableness had me grinning goofily and giggling and sighing and just absolutely loving it all! I loved it!!!! Especially the ending. But all the in-between as well. *Another Happy Sigh*

Content: Clean. Some kisses but nothing further than kisses. Talk about a child born out of wedlock to other characters but nothing graphic. Super cute!

I received a copy from the publisher, Montlake, via NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions in the review are my own.

Happy Reading!!!
