Thank you Greta for bringing "the other" Dr. Morgan into his life again
ALL GROWN UP AT MOUNTAIN CREEK RANCH is the story of Delaney Morgan and Landon Holloway.
Landon is the second oldest of the Holloway siblings and is number two in running the family's Ranch, Mountain Creek Ranch, in Centennial Springs. When Landon had been in high school he was an entitle little boy because he played football really well. His second sport seemed to be drinking and chasing girl. He had gotten a football scholarship to Ohio State where his bad boy ways kept on going until he blew out a knee. As he grades were never very good his scholarship was pulled and he ended up coming back home to the ranch. As his father was not putting up with him he made him work the ranch and that was his saving grace. He does love the ranch and enjoys working the life he has.
Delaney grew up in Centennial Springs and has returned recently to work with her father. She was a bookworm in school who got good grades and knew from a young age what she wanted to do, be a vet like her father. So she followed in her father's educational footsteps and after high school went to Cornell, graduating second in her class. She was offered internships from several places but she knew that she really wanted to come back home and work with her father in his practice. But things have not quite been going as she had expected. Instead of being able to learn more and take on more responsibility her father has been treating her like his glorified assistant. So she has been entertaining some offers from other practices out of the area so that she can use what she has learned and also hone her skills more.
One night Delaney is awake when an emergency call comes in for Dr. Morgan. It is a breech birth of a cow at Mountain Creek Ranch and as she has done these successfully before she decides not to wake her father and take the call herself. Landon has had to make an emergency vet call when Greta has a breech birth and he can't reach his younger brother Jameson. When Dr. Morgan pulls up he is expecting the grumpy old man but instead out steps the complete opposite, and his pants start getting tight from looking at her curves. The vet seems familiar but he knows she has not been to the ranch before as he would remember her. After the doc helps Greta give birth to a little calf Jameson finally shows up. It is Jameson who recognizes Delaney and then the light bulb goes off for Landon. Now that that light has been lit will he be able to get Delaney to go out with him, as he knows he wants to get to know her in a lot of different ways?
This was an enjoyable and fun story to read. The story-line kept my attention and the characters were likeable and had a good chemistry, whether they were going back and forth or had their lips glued to each other. The story has some drama, was funny at times, sweet, saucy and sexy.

This is a quick, delightful read, full of passion. But what captures your attention and keeps it, is the honesty in the characters. Delaney knows who she is. Coming home to intern at her father's vet clinic doesn't change that, or what she wants. And when her father persists in viewing her as still his little girl, she takes steps to live her life true to herself, instead of simply accepting his behavior. On a rare call by herself, Delaney fully expects to find Landon the same arrogant, self-absorb jerk he was in high school and college. But some men do change. Landon has no illusions about himself. He fully admits to his past faults, and secretly believes that the injury that ended his NFL dreams was actually the best thing that could have happened to him. Working the family ranch is hard work, never ending, and thankless, but it's in his blood. Ranching has made him a different man. I love how Landon is blown away by the grown up Delaney, and how he realizes that is has to prove he's changed to her. And I love that Delaney gives him that chance. Not quite a second chance romance, more two old not quite friends finding their way to one another. Happy Reading!!

This story had a lovely plot as it shows that you can find love in unusual situations even when your not expecting it. The chemistry between Landon and Delaney was fabulous and the made an amazing couple. This was another brilliant read by Lana Dash and I would highly recommend this book to anyone.

All Grown Up at Mountain Creek Ranch is a wonderful romance that highlights the need for independence and recognition in the eyes of those you love, while finding the person you so desperately want to be. Delaney returned home to help her dad and hopefully take over his veterinary practice once he retires. But constantly trying to prove her worth is tiresome. Landon was the cocky, mean football jock in school, and continually tries to shed this image many years later, even after taking over the reins of the Mountain Creek Ranch. Thrown together at 1am in the morning, this unlikely couple will find that their past persona are vastly different from the adults they are today, and that chemistry is something you just can’t ignore. Delaney and Landon are a wonderful couple but finding their way to happiness will be a test for them both! This is a well-written and captivating story of having faith in yourself and never giving up on your dreams or the love you didn’t expect to find.

Lana Dash continues her series at Mountain Creek Ranch with Landon Holloway's story. Delaney is a vet, trying to work alongside her father who still sees her as a little girl and not the capable doctor she has begun. When Delaney takes the emergency call for a calf's breech birth out on the Mountain Creek ranch, she is reunited with Landon. She remembers him with disdain at first as he cheated off of her in high school and was quite the player, but she quickly sees he has grown up - and the sparks fly as Landon goes all cowboy and swoon-worthy during a ride and a rain storm. These two have obvious chemistry from the start, and this really is a sweet and steamy read.

This is a quick, instalove about a rancher and the woman he falls fast and hard for. It's a fast read with enjoyable characters. It reads as a standalone and you do not have to read the other books in the series to enjoy this one. Landon was popular in high school and Delaney was the typical book nerd. Landon wasn't very nice to Delaney back then. Delaney is home now to hopefully work side by side with her dad at his veterinarian clinic. Her dad’s not making it easy by letting her work alone and do her job. Landon is different too; he’s grown up and matured a lot since high school. They both feel the pull of attraction when Delaney shows up to help with a cow that’s breech. Can Landon convince Delaney that he's a different person now? Will Delaney's dad give her a chance to work as his equal in his vet practice?

Such a great series. Landon and Delaney grew up together. They weren't friends cause Landon was a jock that picked on nerdy Delaney. Delaney ends up going to college to become a vet and is working with her father. She goes to the Holloway's ranch for an emergency birthing of a cow. Landon doesn't even recognize the beautiful confident women helping with the birth of the calf. He feels the attraction towards her and want to show her that he's not the jerk he was in school. She comes to check on the calf and Landon asks Delaney if she want to take a ride. Their chemistry is finally let loose when they get caught in the rain and head to the barn. Will he be able to prove to her that he's a changed person? Will she leave for a better job offer in Wyoming? Sweet story. Stress of her dad not letting her practice without him is forcing her to look elsewhere. Romance is taking off for the two and neither really want to part. Circumstances from a diner meeting cause a huge rift between the three but timing is everything. The ending a great.

All Grown Up at Mountain Creek Ranch is perfect story that reminds us that we will always be kids in our parent's eyes. This is a brave and loving journey that is a balancing act looking for the approval while still branching out on your own.

Delaney's father is the town vet and she trained to take over one day. But her father will not see her as an equal doctor. One night, when an emergency comes in, Delaney does not tell her father, but simply goes to do her job. There she meets Landon again, who had been an over-arrogant jock during their high school days. Now, though, things have changed. Caught between her feelings towards Landon and her anger at her father she thinks of leaving the area.

She a vet but her dad is having a hard time letting her do her job. He was the Hugh school jock and blew his knee out at college so back to the ranch to help. He need help with a birth and she comes to the ranch. He's trying to remember her but it takes his younger brother to recognize her. Lightning strikes and she has a fight with her dad and tells him about another offer for a job. He needed to do something to keep her there and he took a chance and told her father about the job offer. A misunderstanding showing her that her father offer was true and he would have followed her.

The storyline is a sweet and steamy romance, Delaney is back home with her veterinary degree, going on a solo mission at the Holloway's Mountain Creek Ranch she reconnects with her biology partner Landon, who has grown up nicely indeed...Landon is instantly attracted to Delaney and needs to show her he's not the young @ss he was back in school. Wonderful story, great characters.

Parents re reluctant to let go and let’s kids or their adult children make mistakes. Delaney wants to prove to her dad she can be in the field nda tend to the animals and enhance her skill as a vet. Hmmm and Landon Has entered the building, I mean, barn. Breech birth cow setting and the sparks tingle leading to flowing between them. This quick read brings two people back together who see each other differently this time around, the connection and chemistry between Landon and Del was believable and worked well. I felt Del's frustration at being held back and wanted to give her a hug. The story was a little sad, had plenty of chemistry and a sweetness to it at the same time.

Landon is awestruck by Delaney as she is not only a fantastic vet but has developed into a beautiful woman since he last saw her in high school. They get to know each other better as she comes over to check on the calf and the more time they spend together, Landon realizes he is falling hard. When she gets a job offer in another state, Landon will have to work fast to show her how much he needs her to stay.

This is a quick read. It is about Delany and Landon. Landon works on his family ranch, and Delany who is a veterinarian, is called to the ranch. They went to high school together, and Landon was a cocky jock. Now they are older and wiser. Delany wants more responsibility at the clinic her father owns. I loved the characters and the story. I was short and simple, steamy and well written.

Delaney is determined to prove to her dad that she is ready to take over the vet practice. She takes an emergency call where her bully lives. Landon hadn't thought about Delaney in a while and is shocked at how she looks now. One big problem, Landon faces is trying to convince Delaney that he has changed. This is a short read.

An entertaining, short, and engaging second chance page turner! The storyline is funny, engaging, fast pace, emotionally deep, well written, and relatable. Likeable characters; the chemistry between them is instant and amazing. Definitely recommended!

Another fab Book, from Lana Dash, she has a way of drawing you into her stories and not letting go till the end. This is book four and Delaney and Landon’s story. They have an amazing chemistry and the end is just fantastic. Looking forward to Ms Dash’s next instalment.

What a great story
Landon and Delaney made such great couple. She's a certified Vet. He's works with his family's ranch. She jaded problems with her father and was thinking of leaving. Something hands to change and the only way you find out if they do is to read the book. Thanks for a good book, Lana. Written by Cindy :)

Another great hit in this series. The story is entertaining and easy to follow. The characters are likeable and have great chemistry. I am enjoying this series. You will not put this book down till the end.

This was a sweet story with Landon having to prove he has grown from the boy he used to be in high school. I loved Delaney's tenacity and knowing what she wanted. The story is short but doesn't feel rushed or shortchanged. It's sweet with some steam and now I can't wait Jameson's story.

This book hooked me from the get go I just couldn’t put it down I fell in love with these characters and omg what a story just a perfect read.
