I love this series by Elle Boon and now to be able to get the first 4 books in a set is awesome!! Pick the set up and let Elle draw you into her world of Iron Wolves. They are totally alpha males but will do whatever necessary to protect the woman they love.

Fantastic box set. Some of my favorite books all in one place!!!
Lyric's Accidental Mate - Rowan and Lyric met by accident but there was no denying their attraction. They go through a lot in a short time.
I loved the book and can't wait to read more about them and their pack mates. I think one of my favorite parts was when Lyric's brother Xan figured out she had a mate. LOL Can't wait to see how Kellen reacts when his lil sis Syn gets her mate.
Xan's Feisty Mate - Book 2 in the Iron Wolves MC is freaking amazing!!! Start to finish it had me totally hooked. Breezy and Xan are amazing and there were so many surprises in this book. I don't want to spoil them for anyone so I am going to keep my lips sealed. Loved this couple and can't wait to see who is next. Kellen needs to pull his head outta his butt though for sure!! The only thing I am not liking about this series is how the men seem to totally think their amazing mates are lesser somehow just because they are female. But totally an amazing book and series so far! Need more soon...

Laikyn has loved Kellen for years and years, but he was to busy being a "silly male" to realize she mistook his intentions. He wants to give her time, she thinks he isn't interested...both too proud to admit they are totally right for each other. I loved meeting the hybrids and can't wait to see what happens with Syn and her future mate.
Slater's Enchanting Mate - LeeLee has been stuck in her wolf form since she was a kid. She think she will always be stuck that was. Slater has found his mate and he has no clue what she even looks like, and doesn't care. He just knows that she is his and he will do anything he can to take care of her. These two are so sweet!!

Iron Wolves is an amazing series, with hot wolf shifter men and beautiful shifter women, humans and other shifters. Add in a kind of crazy fae Queen and the laughs never stop! I love this series, have read every book in it and always look forward to a new book coming out so I can catch up with my Iron Wolves who have become like old friends!

Loved these books by Elle Boon!!! The women were feisty and the guys were awesome. What I really love is Elle’s writing - she draws you in and keeps you interesting with how she tells a story and gives depth to her characters. You feel like you know them and hate when their story ends.

Brilliantly devious bad guys, action, adventure and passion.

Sexy and intelligent doctor running from an unwanted ménage and a sexalicious alpha wolf who wants her but thinks she may just be too good for him.
Kellen likes his woman submissive and pliant, everything Laikyn isn't! She's an independent doctor and she ram from him after he took her virginity. But when she returns home and lets him know about some unwanted advances by her partners in her former practice, he promptly returns them to the city to dismember the males! But once the misread signals are sorted out there is still a malignant force hunting her.
With hybrid wolf-vampires, Fae and others all coming out to greet our Iron Wolves, this story is jam packed! I loved meeting Jenna and her absolute non-fear of the big bad alpha was hilarious! Lake is superb as the longed for mate of Kellen. Kellen just about melts the page with the intensity of the passion between him and his naughty subbie. One of my favourite scenes was a spectacularly hot road trip with Kellen and Laik!
Like me the rest of the characters watch far too much Big Bang Theory LOL. Well crafted, with engaging characters and a plot which doesn't get samey. Can't ask for much more really.

LeeLee got stuck as a wolf, years before she should have been able to shift, after the trauma of seeing her parents and pack being murdered. She has found peace of a kind with her new friends and pack but she really does not need the complication of a mate on top of everything else!
I loved this book hard. Family tragedy and treason and downright nasty relatives! Greta got what she deserved, I'd have made her suffer longer personally!!!
Hot males, beautiful but introverted heroine, Funky Fey and a whole lot of action all wrapped up with a pretty bow! Snappy, witty dialogue between packmates and well written and steamy love scenes - bomchickawawa!!

Lyric's Accidental Mate - I left my review in the book already.
Xan and Breezy - This story had a sad beginning. Breezy had a rotten childhood because her mother was jealous of her and hated her so Breezy was abused. Xan knew Breezy was his mate but pretty much ignored her until she was attacked. Now Xan needs to protect her from the unknown pack who is attacking Breezy. As the story progresses, we come to find out it is her crazy mother wanting her dead. The story definitely keeps you on the edge of your seat. Finally, Breezy's family realized her mother is behind this but are almost too late to save Breezy. The end comes with Xan saving Breezy by killing her mother. I am happy these two found their happily ever after.
Kellen and Laikyn - This story involves the Alpha of the Iron Wolves. Now this story was interesting as we get to meet a hybrid of wolf and vampire. We also get to meet a Fey. Laikyn is a doctor and has always known that Kellen was her mate but he screwed up when they first connected. Two years later, Laikyn finds herself back at the club to help her friend in need and comes face-to-face with Kellen. Kellen is smitten with Laikyn but she is still hurt by what he did to her but he is the one who she turns to for help with her problem - who she thought were her colleagues but it was someone else more evil. Here's where we meet Damien and Lucas - the hybrids. It turns out they end up helping Kellen and Laikyn towards the end. Now Nigel is one nasty vampire who had his eyes set on Laikyn. Now the Mystic Wolves Alpha called Kellen to let him know more trouble was headed their way and he was sending a Fey name Jennaveve or Jenna. Jenna is hilarious and definitely keeps Kellen on his toes. This story is gripping yet funny. Jenna is definitely a sprite - funny as hell. Jenna is powerful too. Once the enemy is destroyed, I am happy these two found their happily ever after.
Slater and LeeLee - Now this story goes even further where there are the shifters, vampires and feys. Now we find out there is a witch involved but we don't learn this until almost the end of the book. Anyway, Slater is Laikyn's cousin but he is with the Mystic Wolves pack. Slater met LeeLee when she was in wolf form as she didn't know how to shift since she had turned wolf when she was a child running for her life. Slater knew she was meant to be his mate but was frustrated when she wouldn't shift to human. He saves her from a pack of natural wolves but not before she was injured. Now Slater needs help from the feys to heal LeeLee and hope they can transform her to human form. I love Jenna - she is still funny in this book too. Come to find out LeeLee has a little bit of get in her so she is gifted but how gifted she is has me amazed. She finds out - when she needed it the most - the Goddess gave her powers to defeat the evil witch - who was her evil nanny Greta. LeeLee knew she would be able to defeat Greta when she felt Jenna and the Goddess enter her mind - totally mind boggling! Once the evil is defeated, I am happy these two found their happily ever after.

Now we find out there is a witch involved but we don't learn this until almost the end of the book. Anyway, Slater is Laikyn's cousin but he is with the Mystic Wolves pack. Slater met LeeLee when she was in wolf form as she didn't know how to shift since she had turned wolf when she was a child running for her life. Slater knew she was meant to be his mate but was frustrated when she wouldn't shift to human. He saves her from a pack of natural wolves but not before she was injured. Now Slater needs help from the feys to heal LeeLee and hope they can transform her to human form. I love Jenna - she is still funny in this book too. Come to find out LeeLee has a little bit of get in her so she is gifted but how gifted she is has me amazed. She finds out - when she needed it the most - the Goddess gave her powers to defeat the evil witch - who was her evil nanny Greta. LeeLee knew she would be able to defeat Greta when she felt Jenna and the Goddess enter her mind - totally mind boggling! Once the evil is defeated, I am happy these two found their happily ever after.
Great job Elle! I would recommend these books.

LYRIC'S ACCIDENTAL MATE.. 5 stars
When Rowan comes to the rescue of Lyric, a wolf shifter, he never expects to be changed into one. Lyric is at a bar when she is almost kidnapped. Rowan saves her but gets bitten for his troubles. Now she must face her Alpha and explain what happened. Turning a human without the Alpha's ok is frowned upon but if she didn't he would die.
Great story. Extremely hot. Short. Be prepared to take a cold shower. This is the first book that I read from Elle Boon and hasn't been my last.

Laikyn and Kellen's sister Syn travel back to Kansas to get her belongings when they smell the two doctors have been in her apartment. They call for help and Kellen comes and decides he has waited long enough for his mate and claims her. But someone is stalking her and it'll take the two doctors along with a fey to destroy him.
Loved it even though Kellen could be a butt. Plenty of wild sex. And a couple of surprises.

Lyric's Accidental Mate, 5 stars - This is Rowan and Lyric's story . When Rowan first see Lyric being forced out of the club he knows he has to follow and help her since he could tell by her body language that she was being forced against her will . Lyric knows that she is not strong enough to take all of them but when a handsome man comes out to help her she knows she must protect this human . During the fight Rowan gets bitten and she will not allow him to be forced to be in the pack of wolves that attacked them . Deciding to do all that she can to help him through the change she takes him back to his place . This story just takes off from the very first page until the end ! It is well written and recommended to all . Next is XAN'S FEISTY MATE 5 stars - This is Xan and Breezy's story . Breezy is getting off work and doesn't want to meet up with her friends and decides she just wants to go home have a bubble bath and relax . At her care she is grabbed and knows she has to fight back and does ! I love the way she is able to fight off her attacker ! Knowing she needs to let others know what happened she decides to call the club and the Alpha gets on the phone and orders her to the club not to go home . Xan is beside himself with the knowing that he could have lost Breezy tonight and decides what needs to be done to keep her safe . This is well written and recommended to all . Next up is KELLEN'S TEMPTING MATE 5 stars - This is Kellen and Laikynis's story . Lake is at the club to help out but can not take anymore of Kellen's actions and lack of care so she plans on leaving . But things happen and she is still needed and ends up asking Syn to help her get her things . From here the wolves learn about things they had no clue over ! Love this story !! Well written and recommended to all . Now we have SLATER'S ENCHANTING MATE 5 stars - This is Slater and LeeLee's story . LeeLee is stuck as a wolf and has been for 20 years due to the trauma of her past . Slater is supposed to heading to the Iron Wolves club but catches her scent and knows she is his mate . OMG this story is so good !! Well written and strongly recommended to all ! Last up is Iron Wolves Christmas 5 stars . Will not say anything about this one since it is a short read but READ IT !! I love this series !!!

Lyric's Accidental Mate - Book 1
I am doing a re-read of Iron Wolves since there is now a new series with their offspring and I wanted to refresh my memory of all the key players. I also found I haven't reviewed them all, so I'll be doing that as well.
Lyric is Xan's sister, she frequently goes out with Kellen's sister Syn. Kellen is Alpha of their pack and President of the MC, Xan is Pack Beta and VP of the MC. To say they are over-protective is an understatement.
Lyric and Syn are out with some human friends and what was a fun and exhilarating night, turns deadly. A strange wolf attempts to kidnap Lyric as she leaves the restroom. In the events that follow, she has a human rescuer, one who is bitten by the leader of the mangy wolves.
Once Lyric realizes the man has been bitten and does the only thing she can, she soothes the first bite then bites him again, linking him to her pack instead of the unknown. Instead of taking him to the clubhouse she takes him home figuring she will stay with him a couple of days until he shifts. Unfortunately, it's going to happen a lot quicker than that.
I laughed way too hard at the Bambi references as Kellen realizes Rowan's thoughts about turning.
Lots of suspense as they try to figure out who has it in for Xan. As a message is left on one female's car and another they discover is missing. Both of whom have shown interest in Xan.
Betrayal within the pack I didn't see coming. There are also references to the Mystic Pack I've reviewed all but one of those but maybe I'll do a re-read and add the one I don't have.
Xan's Tempting Mate - Book 2
Breezy has always been in love with Xan, unfortunately the way she chose to get his attention is why he's ignoring her. The short skirts and corsets are how the women he uses and discards dress. He makes the assumption she's just like them and refuses to acknowledge they're mates.
The thing is Breezy isn't like those women at all. She works hard and stays home most nights. She's leaving work when she's attacked, fortunately she's well trained in self-defense and manages to get away with minimal damage to herself.
When she gets to the club it's decided she should go home with Xan. He would take her home first to get clothes. He gets distracted though and Breezy slips out without him. Big mistake as she ends up being run off the road. Fortunately, Xan isn't that far behind.
This time everyone meets up at Xan's to discuss the problems.
Xan and Breezy finally complete the mating, but that doesn't solve the issue of the attacks on her.As they start collecting clues nothing appears to make sense. Even Breezy's father and brothers can't seem to shed any light on anything.
Some pretty interesting things in this book, as Rowan's team joins in the hunt. Even though they are human they have some pretty awesome skills.
The past meets the present with lots of surprises, action and the MC form of romance and sizzle.
I'm already starting the next book.
Kellen's Tempting Mate - Book 3
Kellen overhears a conversation about a threesome that has his blood boiling. He doesn't realize that Laikyn didn't participate and didn't want to either.
Laikyn aka Lake has been visiting for the first time in a couple of years. She's accepted a position at Mercy General to be close to family and friends. First, she has to go back to Kansas City to finish up the details and get her stuff. Karsyn aka Syn, Kellen's sister has offered to go with her, so she doesn't have to rent a truck and trailer.
Once they arrive, Laikyn notices something very off. She smells the cologne her partners wear in the hallway and in her apartment. Places neither of them should have been. The call to the clubhouse is not a pleasant one, since no one knew they were leaving.
Kellen and Bodhi head to the hotel to get the girls after dropping Rowan and Lyric at the apartment. While the interaction between Lake and Kellen is interesting and hot, it's at the apartment that things heat up in a different way.
Damien and Lucas are Laikyn's partners in the medical practice she's leaving, they are vampire/wolf hybrids and looking for their Hearts Love. They truly thought Lake was their one. Now she makes it clear to them she is not theirs but Kellen's.
They were there initially because of a strange vampire in their territory who apparently was living on the same floor as Lake. This is a problem for the Iron Wolves as they didn't know about Vampires at all. Not that it's a stretch being as they exist.
They get Lake packed up and leave only to encounter something weird as they get close to Kellen's home.
There is still more to learn and share with his pack, but first Kellen and Lake will complete their mating.
We do get to see the Vampire before he heads out to get Laikyn again. He has an interesting assistant, Arie, whose true loyalty is to the Vampire King and Council. It's the threat to Damien and Lucas that has her contacting them since the Vampire King is also the twin's father.
In this book I found that having read most of the Mystic Wolves books was a plus as Niall their Alpha calls Kellen and sends Jennaveve a very interesting Fae to assist them.
There's much suspense and change in this book along with action and some scenes that sizzle off the pages.
I have the four-book boxset and have finished the next book and the bonus Christmas novella. Those reviews are up next.

This book opens with Slater begging LeeLee to shift. He doesn't realize until that moment that she can't. He does know that this beautiful wolf is his mate. LeeLee however decides she needs to run from him and ends up in a terrifying situation and severely wounded.
Slater is contemplating what to do, he's now in human form and freezing, contacted Keanu a former member of his smoke-jumping team is out of the question since his wife and LeeLee's friend Cammie is in the hospital with their new baby. He needs to build a fire and while he's doing that calls on his Alpha Niall Malik for help. He's going to see if Jenna can help.
Slater's first meeting with Jenna isn't quite the same as hers with Kellen as the situation is much different. However, Jenna takes them to her home, which is the Fey Realm. It's there we will learn much of LeeLee's past as Jenna and others heal her not only physically but also her shift.
Now that LeeLee is able to shift again, there is a need to figure out who she is. This unfortunately comes with danger, more than a couple of twists and of course her seriously hot mating with Slater.
Cassie and Keanu are part of the Smoke Jumper's series, and I would consider A Smoke Jumper's Christmas a prequel to this book.
The Bonus Novella Iron Wolves Christmas is a must read, it gives a lot of information entwined with a wonderful Christmas tale.

I am a big fan of shifter stories and I really liked the premise of an accidental shifter. To me that set a very different tone than all the other shifter books I have read.

Kellen is the alpha of his clan but after a misunderstanding his mate ran from him before he could claim her. Now she is back and needs help.
I really liked that Laikyn wasn't afraid to stand up to Kellen when she needed to but she also knew when to step back and let the alpha do his thing.
I also really liked the interaction between Kellen and Jenna and Laikyn watching them two.
I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

Iron Wolves Christmas Bonus - oh how I loved this novella. This story brought all the couple that you know and love and allowed you to check back in with them. To see them happy and healthy and all the little ones. I loved reading about Kellen and Santa!! Xan and Breezy broke my heart but I loved how it ended!

I purchased the box set purely for the bonus Christmas novella as I already own and reviewed the first four books individually but as it was priced nice and cheap I was happy to get the boxed set all together!!! The new cover is gorgeous as well.
The Iron Wolves is an awesome series and this author writes hot alpha shifter men with their strong amazing mates, add in a few "extra" elements like the Fey Queen Jenna and she has the makings for an intense and hilariously funny series that I inhale every new book she writes. This author certainly has a way with words creating such an interesting world with amazing character development!
This added short novella was a nice bonus and we got to catch up with the featured four couples and a few other MC members to see how their lives are progressing....BABIES.... lots of babies and it was great to see!!!
I wouldn't have minded sitting on Santa's knee if I knew it was going to be Kellen hehehe!!!
Overall a nice little addition to the series and I look forward to more!!!!

This is a great paranormal series which centres around mainly werewolves finding their mates but that's only the top of the iceberg , each story brings a fresh challenge whether its Lyric being forced to bite Kellen to save him from being claimed by the wolves which bit him as he tried to save Lyric from kidnap to LeeLee who was trapped in her wolf's body after the trauma of seeing her parents murdered . My favourite character is not but a wolf but a Fae who's got more attitude that the strongest Alpha .All the stories are interwoven & even though the main story will be about the fated pair the rest of the characters are also part of the whole . Looking forward to more from the Iron Wolves MC

2nd- it's screwed up that breezy's mom is such a psycho bitch but xan needs 2 get off his assistant and stop being a fun dick and use a fucking brain finally!! 1st- even though he was a human he was in charge of his special crew he still is a man's with class. Even though he rushed into a fight without listening 2 her she saved herself and him in a few ways. 3rd- the alpha is a pig headed jackass fighting his feelings and she was a awesome dr. Even though they didn't realize about vampires but at least they became friends and no enemies. 4th- I kinda got lost in a few areas on the last one with leelee. It was good that she finally found the truth about what happened in her past and she had her mate 4 all times.

I have read the Iron Wolves books 1-4 and was glad to get this one with their Christmas story.
I loved the 4 books and was so happy to see all the characters in the Christmas one. Of course who doesn't like babies.
Elle always tells great and funny stories and you can't wait to finish reading them. The Iron Wolves, which I love their macho men attitude and how she shows their love for their mates and their children.
I have read almost all of Elle Boon books and have never ever been disappointed. So after these enjoy the rest, you won't be sorry.

First of all anything by Elle Boon is ...but these guy's are something else! Well they are not all hot guys cause there are some HOT beautiful kick a** women too. Kellen the Alpha is one hot tough wolf...and his mate keeps him in line..then you have Xan "MF" Carmichael ( beta) who's mate is the cutest and feisty for sure. New series for me loved this preternatural world
Plenty of steam the men are shifters after all .
Plenty of story this world of Iron Wolves mc builds thru each book .
So at the end of book 4 I had an attachment to these characters and each new character is fresh and entices you to want more.

It's An Addictive Series!

Loved this book set. You have a little of everything. wolves, Fey's (which by the way are very funny), vampires and the women they pair up with are awesome. There's a lot going on with danger, kidnapping and wishful thinking. Oh and don't forget the babies which are awesome. Wish these books were in KU so I could read the others.

Idk which is hotter, Shifters or IWMCs, these guys are IT! All excellent with enough heat, drama and action throughout to make you squirm or scream.
Then there are the women who add sass and bring out the protective side of the MCs.
Stand alone, each with it's own hea, but so good together.

Four fantastic books in one boxset
Lyrics Accidental Mate
Mated by accident
This author’s wolves are the stuff of fantasy, naughty fantasies that is. She has managed to take the bad boys of the MC and add her own twist of hot alpha male sure to make your engine rev. Add in sassy females brought by fate and you have the perfect start to a series. I particularly enjoyed Rowan and the way he was all in from the moment he encountered Lyric. The circumstances might not have been ideal, but these two managed to find their HEA. I can’t wait to see what the ladies of the Iron Wolves get up to next.

Xan’s Feisty Mate
Before he loses it all
If you’re looking for the hardcore dirt and grit of an MC, with a side of gorgeous alpha wolves who are devoted to their one, well once they get their heads in line with their hearts, this is the book you won’t want to miss. Yet again the author has given us an escape from reality in the form of a book. Not just any book, a story with the twists and turns between love and danger and every emotion in between. This book had me running the emotional gauntlet, even now I am anxiously waiting for the next book in the series and the HEA I hope to find between it’s pages.

Kellen’s Tempting Mate
The true Iron Wolf
As with all alphas, this alpha fell hard when he found his mate. The author made sure to give Kellen a book that embodied the alpha male and the mate who is exactly what he needs. She filled the pages with action and adventure while letting us see a softer side to the head wolf in charge. So many new characters and connections being made at the same time the old ones begin to heat up. With every book I fall more in love with this series, I am excited to see who falls and finds their HEA next.

Slater’s Enchanting Mate
Hidden for twenty years
All of our favorite groups come together in this book. Some are only on the periphery, but you can clearly see how each group is interconnected with the next. The author managed to do all that while giving us an entirely new story and a couple that deserves their HEA more than most. This love story is going to have you looking deeper into the story itself and finding the truth beneath the deceit. I can’t wait to see what the author has cooked up for the holidays.

Iron Wolves Christmas
It’s a baby explosion
With the Iron Wolves mated the next logical step is babies. Like everything else, the Iron Wolves give their all to making, growing and raising their babies. The author did a wonderful job of showing us a little more of the family life and the story after their HEAs. I truly enjoyed this little visit into the packs daily lives, including the special visit you are going to be shocked by. I hope we get to see some more of these little stories, regardless I am going to enjoy reading the next book by this author.

Book 5 - Iron Wolves Christmas: This is only Book 5 in this collection, not in the series as a whole. Here we see some of the mates pregnant and some who would like to be. There are babies and Santa Claus. Fun story.
Grammar/formatting: some confused words ("inherit" instead of "inherent"); verb tenses were switched within the same paragraph or conversation without the need for it. Some clunky dialogue.
Also, I'm from Texas and I swear to God we don't all walk around saying things like "knee-high to a grasshopper" and the like (like Rowan does). I mean, I guess some people here do, just like they do in other states. It's a bit of a cliche.
I read books 1-3 a while back; I picked up this collection, re-read book 3 and continued with the next two stories. One thing I noticed is that as the stories went on, they became cluttered with people. All the couples seemed to show up in every story, no matter which couple was the focus. Then there was Jenna, sometimes her friends and maters, plus extra paranormal creatures. I like it a little more simple - one couple with minimal prolonged interference from others. But that's a personal preference.

There were several problems with these books but let's start with the good.
The heroines are absolutely kick ass. They're actually shown being intelligent fighters. The other good thing was they knew when to listen. There was only one TSTL moment I can think of and it wasn't even that bad. I was so glad to see such strong female characters in a MC and shifter romance.
The bad: Grammer and editing were off. Incorrect phrases like "could care less" appeared often. Words were missing. All of this detracted from the story.
The men were... Something else. More than one of them saw a secondary female character and thought "if I didn't already love this one I'd want her". That's not a compliment and it made the guys seem like assholes.
Some odd continuity errors happened. And LeeLee and Slaters story comes out of no where. It picks up in the middle of a scene, but it wasn't explained in the previous books. If I have to guess, it's connected to a previous series. So that was really confusing. And LeeLee has a moment where she says she doesn't want to be considered a Sybil but then in the Christmas novella doesn't know who Sybil is and has to have that explained? Their story made the least amount of sense and I'm honestly not sure how it fit in with the Iron Wolves.

X-Mas Fun, Wolf Style!
This book, Iron Woles 1-4 w/Christmas Novella, is the first four books of the Iron Wolves series series, plus the Iron Wolves Christmas Special. The X-mas Special is a sweet story about all the wolf couples and their families, giving a short happy glimpse at their family life during one holiday season, and what a couple of them are dealing with, causing each of them to show a pack really is a family is more than name only. I hope everyone else loves an Ironwolves Christmas Special as much as I do!!
