Pastor Dewayne Freeman's book: Leaders Listen, Learn and Lead was a phenomenal read and I will continue to read it in different situations. One of the things I loved about reading this book was the fact that through all of the reading and lessons imparted, one quote did stick out to me:
"Character is who you are when the spotlights are not on you, and no one is looking. Character is what people see; it's the fruit of integrity. Integrity is the root, and character is the fruit."
Overall, I'd rate this book a 5/5 and would highly recommend this book to all people, even those who may not see themselves as leaders.

This was a very quick read however for me it's a reference book. I will need to reference this book often to remind myself key things that Leaders do and make sure I am doing those key actions. Listen, Learn, and Lead.
