Rate this book
Timing is everything. And BaZi is all about doing the right thing, at the right time. Mastering your Destiny is simply a matter of taking action!

Have you ever wondered if the people you meet, the opportunities you encounter or even the challenges you face are a mere matter of coincidence? Or perhaps, these things have been pre-destined to occur at some point in your life, and it was just a matter of timing?

Put simply, your BaZi is actually an intricate code that contains crucial information on your destiny. Your BaZi is unique, and properly charted, you will find critical knowledge of your hidden talents, character, challenges in life and luck cycle in your hands, all waiting to be decoded and tapped into.

Find out how Combination, Clash, Harm, Destruction and Punishments bring new dimension to a BaZi chart. Combination and Clash are a matter of permutation, and the Combination between a Snake and Monkey, for instance, differs greatly in outcome between a Rabbit and Dog Combination. Likewise, a Horse and Rat Clash is entirely unique between a Monkey and Tiger Clash. The resultant permutations throw entirely different shades of light upon a person's BaZi chart!

Above all, learn to decipher your BaZi, and place yourself in an ideal position to eize upcoming opportunities, or tackle challenges heading your way.

The subsequent volume of Ba Zi lesson. As usual, Joey explaining things in way people could catch up and understood eventhough it might takes a lot of times to reread and referred back to introduction volume. He teach reader to understand the logical way not superstitious one. I like it. Informative.

This book picks up from where the first one left off. That being said book 2 deals with totally different facets of your natal chart.

This is not something you just read once. At least, not if you're intending to do a bit more with the knowledge of Chinese Destiny Analysis, Paht Chee, Ba Zi, whatever you want to call it.

I found this book to be more detailed, more systematic, more readable, and ultimately more easily understood than Lillian Too's similar work.

There's still a whole lot of info that is bandied around as if the readers knows all about it: turns out the Direct Officer and 7 Killings starts, for example, are part of this 10 Gods thingy that will appear in Book 3. (This is Book 2). The whole looking at the ba Zi and determining it's "a very cold chart, it needs fire" is kinda lost on me - perhaps Book 1 tackled that in more detail??

The "cheat sheet" chart at the back of the book is an immensely valuable reference. I plan to photocopy it so that I don't have to keep thumbing to that page of the book. Especially since the last 10 pages or so seem to not be well bound to the book. I *could* return it to amazon.com, I suppose... :p

Anyways, so overall this was worth the price, I think. I just don't feel like shelling out another $30 for Book 1 just to see if it fills in the blanks for me. Hmmmm, I wonder if the library has this in its system?? :D
