Raw Tempation picks up right after Pure Temptation. Luke is heading back to NY and tells Dani it is too dangerous she should stay behind in Summerville. They agree to not call or text even to try to protect her. Dani and Luke both discover things about their situation that complicate it. When Dani returns to NY to warn Luke that Bruno intends to have him killed she has no idea how she will find him. A lucky cab ride puts her in the right place. The story is about Luke and Dani in NY trying to prepare for the biggest, most important fight Luke has ever been in.
I like the fact that Luke is trying to protect Dani from Bruno even when he is fighting for the most important person in his life. Dani has to respect Luke's decisions about how things will go down since she stepped into his world. Loved that we get to know a little more about Luke's past in this one. Great characters, keeps me wanting to know what happens next.

Raw Temptation picked up right were Pure Temptation left off. Although I feel the book can be read as a standalone, I would highly recommend reading Pure before Raw to get the full effect of the story line.
Luke has to leave town and save his daughter, yep I said it....his daughter. In order to do this, he has to leave Dani behind. The emotions come right off the page, the pain that the two endure being apart in order for Luke to be able to protect Dani so she doesn't land in the crosshairs of the dangerous mob that runs a fighting ring.
Dani doesn't stay away for long when she finds out information that puts Luke in danger and possibly lost him forever.
When these two come together, it's explosive. These two can't keep their hands off one another. With the way that Eve has with words....I wouldn't want to keep my hands off Luke either. Temperature rises to another level and it's not just the heat from the summer weather.
Full of suspense, sexual heat, action...SEXY HOT MMA fighter...check, Strong Female character that knows what she wants and when to take it....check, a great story line with suspense that keeps you on the edge of the seat...definitely there. Hot, sexy scenes, oh YES! Now somebody hand me some chocolate powder and a feather duster...panties not needed ;) Book exchanged for honest review

The continuation of Dani and Luke's love story continues in New York.
I enjoyed reading the first book, but this one had me skipping some of the parts to get to the juicy parts or better conflicts.
It started with Luke leaving Dani and telling her to not contact him while he finds his daughter as they may try and get her. Well after so many days with no contact from Luke and she runs into craxy Brian who gives her information that Luke life is in danger. She leaves and head back to New York. While in New York she finds Luke, but it gets weird with some of Dani's thoughts, actions, and responds. She does a lot of whining.
On another note overall the story is good but it didnt end with what the story was all about which was getting his daugjter back. I love the connection between them and I can wait to see what the ending on them is!

This book can be read as a standalone. There is enough back story so you are not lost. Dani is like most women can't leave your man for very long without wonder if he is ok. Luke is the tuff big man with the teddy bear heart. He will do anything for the two girls he loves the most. Great book can't wait for the next book to see how their relationship progresses.

Wow. The love, the sacrifice and the emotions in this story was amazing. this book had my heart racing, my knees go weak and my thighs trembling from the love making scenes. it was easy to place myself inside the story and say Dani??? who???

Just finished this Book ONLY to find out it the 2nd Book in a 3 Book Series :( I Wish I knew BEFORE I Read Books 1 & 2, because Book 2 was a HELL of a Cliffhanger...When Book 3 comes out and I've Read it, then I'll leave my Review.
But if you don't mind Cliffhangers, Read Books 1 & 2 in the "Temptation" Series because you WILL LOVE them and Luke "Renegade" Ramero!!! I did ;-P

I read this in 2 hours and that isn't a good thing. This book is unnecessary and absolutely nothing is resolved. Larger font and spacing is also used in this and the third installment, making me wonder if this and the third were formatted the same as the first, readers could save $2.99. I would recommend to skip this one, I wish I would have!

The author is doing a nice job of keeping telling a complete story in each one of these books. Pure Romance was the first in the series and I found it free though an add. Typically those free books leave you in a forced to buy the next one to finish the story, not these. You WANT to buy to see what the characters you love are going to do. I'm really enjoying this series.

BETTER THAN THE FIRST STORY
This story is about Luke training for a fight he was never suppose to win. While he and Dani grow closer, Grammy gets better, but Lacey is still in danger. While Bruno was suppose to taken care of, I am a just a little bit glad than maybe Luke can knock some sense into him.

With Luke having to leave Dani behind to fight for his daughter and his freedom he will do everything for them to be together. But it won't be easy especially since Bruno wants to eliminate Luke. Luke now has to fight for his life. With Dani by his side and thinking of his daughter Luke knows he can't lose. Great Series and I can't wait to see what happens next n Broken Temptation

This book had kept me on the edge of my seat all the way though. Just when you're getting a hea you get hit with a another twist in the plot.
Eve is one of my favourite authors and this series is becoming her best so far.
Really looking forward to book 3.

I really enjoyed this book. It is the 2nd book about Dani and Luke's ongoing dilemma. I am really excited for the next book to be released this fall. Keep 'em coming Eve Carter!!!

Second book in the Tempted series! Love Luke and Dani. I have enjoyed this series so much and i totally think others would also. Great MMA book with some love. Cant wait for book three.

think the series should of ended in the book. There has been to many twists and turns already and to drag it out to a third book is wrong. Shall not be reading the next one.

This was a AWESOME read. The series just keeps getting better and better. I have found myself falling in love with Luke. He is a great guy. I can't wait to see what happens in the next book.
