In the book “BECOME: Unleash the Power of Moral Character and Be Proud of the Life You Choose” we are reminded that the decisions of our yesterday selves are creating the lives we now live. We should not stay in regret but we must find tools to adjust our lives to the reality we want. Frank gives us these tools as bite-sized lessons. He highlights the areas in us that we may have, until this point, made someone else responsible for. If you don’t want the reality check this book is not for you. An easy read with the nuggets we all need to create the lives we want.
