this was a strong 3.5! though i personally didn't find all the information new, some things managed to surprise me. i also really liked the manner in which the book was presented - e.g. "delve deeper" sections, i wish it was a thing in every non-fic book tbh. i also noted everything so that leaves me with 26 pages of notes on every single chapter lol
definitely a must-read if you're just getting into ux, or if you already know the basics like me
