(view spoiler)[I LOVE “Out on the Ice” so much, it’s my favorite. I’ve already reread it several times. TBH, I would KILL to read the entire book through Sky’s POV. Just IMAGINING seeing it all through Sky’s eyes, in his pain & his need, dealing w/the fallout of his parents & his past actions, then meeting this grumpy, aggressive, strangely kind guy who’s painfully honest & angry but who GETS him—ughhh, it’s breaking my heart!? Hi Christi- Thank you!! I love that you connected with Sky and his story. He really needed a little redemption! And yes! I love the idea of him having his own POV. I may do something like that in a short story. It's a great idea! Thank you for your kind words. You've made my day! Lane xo

Hi Christi- Thank you so much for your message! I'm so happy you're enjoying the Out in College series! It will be back!! However, the name of the series may change. I'm leery of having twenty plus titles in the series. LOL It could be daunting for new readers. I'll definitely keep you posted. Look for more in 2021! Best wishes, Lane Hayes xo

Yes! Sebastian is definitely getting his own story! I think he deserves one! LOL His will be coming later this year or early 2021. Book 3 in Starting From should be released this summer. I'm so happy you're enjoying this series! Thank you! Lane xo

Hi Irina- Declan's book is next! There are just two books in the series so far, Starting From Zero (Justin and Gray) and Starting From Scratch. Book 3 will out in early spring. Declan does appear in SFZ. Maybe that's where you remember him. I'm so happy you enjoyed Charlie and Ky's story! Thank you! Lane xo

Hi Karla- Thanks so much for your lovely message. I appreciate it. I'm finishing Book 3 in Out in College. It's called Out in the Offense and it will be released January 2019. After that comes Book 1 in a new series that's loosely tied to the Out in College. Best wishes, Lane xo

Hello- A Way with Words and A Way with You are Kindle World releases by Amazon so for now they're only available in the US. There is a way to access US Amazon. A reader posted instructions in my group last week. If you're interested, join the Memories with the Breakfast Club Facebook group or my reader group, Lane's Lovers for details. Thank you so much for your inquiry.
Best wishes, Lane xo

Hi Jan- I'm sorry to report that A Way with Words is not available outside the US yet. It's a Kindle Worlds book and they haven't expanded their platform to include international customers. They will but it may be another month or two. Stop by Love Bytes blog or the MM Daily Grind (FB group) for a chance to win a copy. I feel terrible that it isn't available right away for everyone. Hopefully Amazon corrects this sooner rather than later!

Hi Milenny- I would love to publish in Portuguese but my publisher makes that call. I'm hoping they will one day! I'm so happy you enjoyed Better Than Good. And your English is excellent! Thank you, Lane Hayes xo

Thank you Fani! Better Than Safe is #4 in the Better Than series. The other title names are from free short stories listed on my website. You can find them at www.lanehayes.wordpress.com. They're about Matt & Aaron specifically but I'm going to post a new short story in parts (not sure how many yet) that will feature all of the guys from the Better Than Stories series. Look for part one within the week. As for a new book in the series, I'm not sure. I love these guys so...maybe! I'll keep you posted! Thank you for your question. Lane xo

Hi Jaime-
Book 1 in the new series should be out by January 2017. I'm not sure what the series will be called yet. I tend to name them at the last minute. LOL. I'll finalize it by December. Lane xo

Thank you so much, Jacquie! What a lovely message to wake up to! Yes, there will be more! Book 3 in A Kind of Stories will be out in September. I'm currently working on Book 4. After that...I think it will be time for a new series. ;-) Thanks again! So happy to know you've enjoyed my stories. Lane xo

A Kind of Truth is book 1 in my new series. The second book will be out in late spring/early summer. The series is called A Kind of Stories. This series is a spin off of Better Than. If you read Better Than Safe, you may remember Rand is Seth's best friend. :-)
Hope that answers your question.

Yes! I know for a fact that the narrator who worked on the first 3 Better Than audios has agreed to come back to do Better Than Safe. And since Dreamspinner Press is great about continuity with narrators reading series, I'm fairly certain they've asked Michael to come back to read the next two books in the Right & Wrong Stories series too! Thank you for your question. Happy Holidays! Lane xo

Thank you! I'm so pleased you've loved both series! Yes... there will be a fourth book in the Right and Wrong series. I'm working on another series now, but there will be more from the SoCal guys too. I'll keep you posted! ;-). Hope you enjoy Better Than Safe this fall! Lane xo

I'd like to eventually. I think Out in the Deep End would make a nice prequel to their story. Are you interested? :-)

(view spoiler)[I just finished reading The Right Time and I loved it but one thing is driving me nuts. Assuming they ended up living together, whose home? One of them had to move but who? Please? (hide spoiler)]
Lane Hayes
I think it's left to the reader's interpretation but in my mind, Nate would move to LA and move in to Alex's place (It's bigger than the one Nate is renting from Alex). They could use the Oxnard place as a 2nd home. The reason I think it's an LA move is family. Alex is very close with his family and I think it's part of what has been missing in Nate's life. By the end of the story, he spends quite a bit of time with the Reyes family.
But again... it's up to you! :-)

I haven't looked into it this year because I've been so busy. Is there still time to participate? I'll look into it! Thank you, Sammy... you make me smile! :-)
Lane Hayes
No. This is a brand new release. This is book#2 in the Right & Wrong series. Hope you enjoy it! :-)
