Our October 2020 contest is brought to you by SolanoSnapper.


ONE GOOD WORD – A SINGLE WORD TO MAKE US SMILE.
Your image should feature a single word – not a quote – a SINGLE WORD. Your image and your word will convey a lighthearted, upbeat, hopeful, cheerful message. We can all agree the world is troubled just now – let’s find at least one reason to smile. Your word can be text you added yourself or a photograph of a single word. Please – this is very simple: Feature one word prominently – not a sentence, not a page, not a wall of graffiti – a single word.


Your entry must conform to all the usual Kreative People rules and guidelines. Pay particular attention to our rule against images of children. If your entry includes children, babies, dolls that look like children, child-like fairies, cherubs, or statues of children IT WILL BE REMOVED.

In Addition:
• Please avoid political messages.
• Art not in keeping with the theme will be deleted without notice.
• Photo manipulation required – no SOOC (Straight out of camera)
• If any parts of your image are not your own, you MUST give a link to the original in the description box directly under the title.
►This includes source images from Pixabay, Pexel, PD (Public Domain) or CC (Creative Commons) or other internet websites. If it's an old source with no link - note in your tags that you are using a picture with permission from the originator.
• Children (and children-like images) are not permitted, nor is nudity
• Add a tag “Photo Manipulation” if not obvious your art stems from photos
• Up to five (5) entries accepted - post your entries in 500px size
• We prefer new work, but older works are accepted if not among previous winners
• Submit to the Kreative People pool per usual – no need to request invites
• You must vote to win
• One win per artist
• Contest closes late afternoon on October 31st or when 100 entries have been reached.
