Lukáš

The story pivots on the relationship between a teenage boy and his father. Though he admires his dad, he finds his alcoholism hard to bear. While his dad, Leskovjan, works in the forest every day, Lukas and his brother leave the solitude of the Beskydy mountains down to the valley – to school. A teacher happens to notice there's something wrong in their family; the father is often drunk and behaves badly to his wife and children. The teacher tries to positively influence he man, but dealing with the family problem ends up falling on Lukas's shoulders... (Zlín Film Festival)
