Aki no Kanade

Another production was created under Anime Mirai 2015 (a training program for young animators). This is a short film about drumming and more. The movie’s narrative felt pretty concise despite being short so that I (unlike, say, Music Girl) did not think at all that anything was skipped or artificially sped up for lack of time. The pace, animation, and soundtrack were fairly pleasant, and it was very nice to watch. So all in all, this was a very nice treat. 7/10. (20/04/2015)
