De brief voor de koning

I still can’t wrap my head around how the Dutch managed to pull off such an epic fantasy story like The Letter for the King. I mean, they don’t exactly have the history, mountains, or forests for it—everything’s practically underwater! No surprise they shot it almost everywhere but the Netherlands. That said, the world they created looks absolutely stunning and magical. I love films like this, and it’s a shame we don’t get more of them. (04/12/2010)
