Vlasta Burian was given minimal space here, even though he should theoretically be the main character, not just for his acting and comedic skills, but primarily for the film's plot layout. In the end, it turns out there isn't a main character, but rather this is just a variation on the Czech cloud-cuckoo-land, which isn't very successful.
