Without mincing words, this modern wave of dramatic romantic films with black actors is something awful. It might not be that modern, but lately, there have been quite a few of them being made. Lots of character dialogue that's completely pointless, leading nowhere. Stories that are more laughable than tragic, largely due to actors who can't act and sometimes can't even speak properly. This is really something unpleasant, without any coherence or meaning.
