Illumination

This film is concerned with questions about the meaning of life interspersed with the most trivial events in the life of a college student who extends his studies by starting a family. Once again I encounter a film that goes in the opposite direction of interpreting the meaning of cinema as I perceive it. Life put into a film is vanity, while a vain life made more meaningful by a film can gain meaning. (16/01/2012)
