Sussie is 14. Her father is dead, her mother an alcoholic, and Sussie is sent from one foster-home to another. She provokes, quarrels and goes beyond the limit of what most people can stand. The whole of her delicately-made body is a single appeal for love. But nobody loves Sussie. She says: "I never stay in one place long, am always on the move. If one day I can find someone who loves me to the depths of hell, then I'll stay. She is sent to a house by the sea. If she can't come to terms with the family living there and they can't cope with her the only alternative will be an approved school. (texte officiel du distributeur)
