An intimate yet very interesting film. Especially thanks to the actors who do their job perfectly. That can't be said for the director, though, who has a lot of problems with the pace in the first half. Fortunately, it gets fixed in the second half.

An intriguing thriller, but it stretches a simple plot into a 105-minute drama-thriller that leans heavily on family dynamics. The real action, or at least the part you care about, only comes at the very end, and that overshadows the rest of the film. It’s nice that it offers a realistic take on an important CIA story, but it would’ve benefited from a bit more excitement—maybe even some added, harmless action that wouldn’t have affected the true story. I get why films based on real events sometimes tweak the facts, because for the average viewer, real life isn’t always as thrilling as a Chuck Norris or Rambo movie.
