In rural Tasmania, former singer Elspeth Dickens (Laura Michelle Kelly) spends her days wrangling mischievous 3-year-old twins while awaiting erratic visits from her whale-saving husband, James (Ronan Keating). Elspeth is feeling increasingly isolated, so to help them stay in contact, James gives her a web-cam. However, reception isn't up to speed in the Southern Ocean and with James rarely in contact, Elspeth decides to use the web-cam to connect her to the world her way: through song. She installs the camera in her kitchen and starts performing her sink-songs for the net. Unbeknownst to Elspeth, her performances go viral and soon she is a cybersensation! And when a Sydney advertising agency comes calling asking her to be the face of their international "Goddess" campaign, the world is suddenly her oyster. But while Elspeth has finally found a voice of her own, her other life as a domestic goddess is still pressing. Can she be both a star and a mum - or will there be a song and dance about it?! Wow! Ronan Keating is alive. Who knew? Well, he's still quite young, so why shouldn't he be alive? But I actually meant that he's living artistically. Boyzone just isn’t what it used to be, although the group seems to be active according to everything. The film is as sweet as can be, but the songs, by the way (it's a musical), are pleasant and catchy, and so are the actors. The film is supposed to look really good, and it succeeds at that. Yeah, if you're into toothless romance, almost naked Keating, and catchy melodies, why not? That's exactly what you're gonna get. ()
