Wei si li zhi lao mao

Visited as part of the Brave Viewer Festival and since the BVD team claimed before the screening that it was truly bizarre and one would think the Chinese must have been on something a hundred percent, I have to state and say that I have seen crazier things. Nevertheless, as atypical popcorn entertainment, it served very well, even though I was not always completely sure if I understood the humor correctly, or if it was supposed to be funny at all. The effects were insanely cheap, but they completely fulfilled their purpose and this time it actually seemed to me like a deliberate part of this whole project. Of course, as mentioned by several people here, the biggest highlight was the scene where a cat chases and fights a dog, which was quite a rare occurrence and incredibly long, so just admiring the time spent only on this scene.
