"Kung Fu" is a series divided into 3 seasons (the first season had 16 episodes, the second 23 episodes, and the last 24 episodes), which allegedly originated from a concept created by Bruce Lee. He also wanted to shoot a kung fu western and intended to cast himself in the lead role. However, America did not want an Asian in the lead role because it was not something that would appeal to viewers. Bruce Lee was the one who played the role of the funny and action-packed sidekick in "Green Hornet". That's how they wanted to see him, not as the main character. After all, he was a small Asian. Never mind that he was one of the greatest masters of martial arts who appeared on the silver screen. The project, which was supposed to be called "The Warrior", fell through, but less than a year later, a pilot of the series "Kung Fu" with an American in the lead role, who definitely did not belong to the masters of martial arts, appeared on television.
