Harry Smith is a casino operator in 1925 Damascus, who runs guns to the Arab revolutionaries trying to overthrow the French Protectorate. Only after he is betrayed by the Arabs and beaten by French authorities does Harry question the ethics of his actions. (official distributor synopsis)
