Andrew Lau

Hong Kong, 1960. He began his career in cinema as a cinematographer and established himself as a first rate filmmaker with Young and Dangerous (1996), The Storm Riders (1998) and A Man Called Hero (1999). Infernal Affairs (2002), co-directed along with Alan Mak, took him to the height of international success. He debuted in Hollywood with The Flock (2007), starring Richard Gere.
