Raúl Fuentes graduated in CUEC (University Center of Filmmaking Studies in Mexico) and he has been editor and director for differnt TV chanels as MTV Latinoamerica and Televisa. He was invited to Talent Campus Berlinale in 2005 with his short film Yo estaba ocupada encontrando respuestas, mientras tú simplemente seguías con la vida real. His short film No estoy tan segura de que el mundo nos merezca (2007) won the First Competition of Short Films MIX. His first movie feature Todo el mundo tiene alguien menos yo (2012) has been exhibited in many film festivals all around the world.
