An eminent actor on the Chinese stage, in films and television, Ni Dahong graduated from The Central Academy of Drama in 1986. He is a leading player with The National Theatre Company of China, and has received two of the highest honors in Chinese theater, the Plum Blossom Award in 2000 and the Wenhua Award in 1999.
