Dull suburban life may have suddenly transformed into a George Romero zombie flick, but Shaun just wants to hang out with his best mate, get back together with his girlfriend, and enjoy a quiet drink down the pub. But the undead insist on trying to scupper Shaun's plans in this very British comedy from genre superfan, Simon Pegg. The film is very quotable, and the action equally amuses and appalls. Fans of the Romero 'Dead' series will find much to enjoy.

The best British Rom-zom-com ever made, original enough to entertain but with enough "were coming to get you barbra" geek moments to keep even the biggest Romero/Fulci fan sat there grinning from ear to ear. The start of the epic cornetto trilogy...enjoy.
