You can mail your payment by check or money order. DO NOT SEND CASH. To ensure the most efficient processing, please include the remittance slip that came with your bill when you mail your payment.

The address you'll mail your payment to varies by your state of residence. If you have your bill handy, please mail your payment to the address stated on your bill.

If you live in AZ, CO, NM, OR, WA or WY, mail your payment to:

More information about paying by mail

To avoid late fees, allow enough time for your payment to get to us. We need to receive and process your payment before the end of the day on the date it's due. If you're running behind and don't think your payment will get to us in time, pay online.

1. Write your account number on your check or money order
2. Put the correct mailing address on a new, plain envelope, or use the envelope provided with your bill
3. Put both your remittance slip (if you have it) and payment in the envelope
4. Stamp and mail the envelope
