Destiny 2 Dares of Eternity Loot Pool: Rotation & Weapons

As a fun 6-man activity that is free to all players, Dares of Eternity is a much-liked part of the Destiny 2 experience. And on top of being engaging and fun, it offers large quantities of loot, including a few top-tier weapons.

This guide covers all the exclusive Dares of Eternity rewards, including the Legendary weapons on rotation.

Dares Loot this Week: November 5, 2024

This section covers all the “common” Legendary weapons and armor sets that can be earned from Dares of Eternity this week. These items are on a rotation that changes weekly at reset.

Dares of Eternity Armor

When it comes to armor, there are currently six armor sets up for grabs:

• Wild Hunt armor sets (Rotation 1)

Dares of Eternity Level Requirements

If you’re interested in farming Legend Dares of Eternity, make sure you have a proper Power Level (including your Artifact’s bonus Power):

Needless to say, Legend difficulty is not easy, and a reasonable Power Level will make your life much easier. By reasonable, we mean no less than 10 Power Levels below the recommended levels.

Dares of Eternity weapons now come with the following Origin Trait: Hot Swap.

Tier levels used for this ranking:

• S Tier – Best: Highest ranking weapon types.
• A Tier – Strong: Very strong weapon types, but not on the same level as S Tier Choices.
• B Tier – Average: Decent choices that can be lethal in the hands of a skilled player.
• C Tier – Weak: The middle of the pack, somewhat mediocre.
• D Tier – Worst: Lagging behind the competition, these don’t have much to offer.

How to farm Dares of Eternity loot

With The Witch Queen, Strange Coins can no longer be earned from completing activities in the game. This means farming Dares of Eternity loot became much harder. That said, the situation is finally improving. With the release of Season of the Haunted (S17):

Increased Strange Coins earned from the reward chest in Dares of Eternity from 1 to 3. This does not affect the number of Strange Coins earned from Lightning Round chests.

This won’t bring us back to when Bungie’s 30th Anniversary launched, but it will certainly help ease the process.
