We are looking for new Amazon Hub partners in Australia. Our partners may benefit from an uplift in revenue and customer footfall.

Amazon Hub is our Click and Collect service and consists of two distinct options for customers:

Locker

  • Automated, self-service kiosks where customers can pick-up their parcels.
  • A consistently strong customer service experience.
  • Locations close to customers: newsstands, train stations, universities and more.

Counter

  • We are looking for partners primarily across grocery, non-food retail and convenience stores.
  • Customers can pick-up their parcels from store Counters in our partner locations.
  • A consistently strong customer service experience supported by great store partners and the Counter App.
