The Materials tab may be hidden due to the Block Content feature in the Course Settings. When this feature is enabled, content, including the Materials, is only visible while users are actively taking the course.
If you disable this feature, the Materials and all content will remain accessible to users even after they complete the course.

Hey Brianvu, that might not be the case. The checkbox is not ticked for our courses as we want the users to have access to the lectures even when they complete the course.
We set the course to be completed at 80% and we have users who completed the course and reported that the Materials tab has gone. We tested this by our side as well and indeet the Materials tab is missing if a user comletes the course.
