Creat New button does not work

    When I click on CREATE NEW, nothing happens. I notioce that when I load the Duplicator page, I get a JS error. I have disabled almost all of my plugoins but no luck. I guess there must be an incomatibility with the plugin and my theme (uses old Cherry framework). Any work-around?

    Hello @donprogramit,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I understand that you can’t create a backup and nothing happens when you click the “Add new” button.
    You disabled all the plugins and the issue persists but you still didn’t check if the issue persists when you test using another theme.

    Can you please let me know if the issue gets resolved with a default theme like 2024 is active?

    No it still does not work with Theme 24. There are no more JS errors and I did clear the cache. I guess I’l look for anothe plugin but thatnks for reponding
