    Hello @annaise,

I’ve just checked your page and noticed some JavaScript errors in the console. I believe these errors are preventing the carousel script from running. The error in the ‘img-comparison-slider’ script might be the one causing the issue. Could you double-check that?

    Best, Phi.

That didn’t resolve it. The error is because I’m using a html block and I had the script in each tab so it came up with duplicate errors

I made a staging website, deactivated every plugin, wiped the optimization plugin I was using, changed to 2021 theme and the problem persists

This is the link with the problem.

Based on your test page, the CBB carousel script does not run for some reason. It might be a conflict issue with your current setup or your caching plugin. Have you tried excluding the CBB carousel script from the caching, minification plugin? Alternately, could you please provide me with an admin account for your staging site?

    Hello @annaise,

Do you have any update on this? I think the Hummingbird plugin has changed some part of the carousel script, which is why it does not run on the page. Could you please exclude the carousel script from the Hummingbird plugin? The path to the carousel script is wp-content/plugins/content-blocks-builder/build/carousel-frontend.js. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact me.

    Best, Phi.

I had excluded the script from js delay and it comes up as “this file is already compressed” on hummingbird. I checked the original script in the plugin folder against the one hummingbird made and noticed that it was basically the same. I don’t think hummingbird actually did anything to it.

It was looking like it’d be too much of a hassle to fix so I just.. gave up. I might try out the plugin again some other time! Thank you for the quick response and trying to fix the issue.

(I’ve gone ahead and marked it as resolved)

Thank you for the details, and for giving it a try. If you decide to give it another try in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Have a nice day!
